The Safari offers a unique combination of privacy and convenience. Tucked just off in the woods yet close to significant thruways, you’ll be ideally situated to explore our best beaches and Marine bases. Located between Jacksonville and Wilmington, you’re at the heart of everything.

Additional Details

This slice of heaven beats staying at a hotel and is more affordable and closer to Marine bases than staying at the beach.

House Rules:

No Smoking Policy:
Smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 fine for cleaning & restoration. Evidence includes, but is not limited to, the smell of smoke, ashes, burns, or any other signs of smoking or vaping.

Pet Policy:
Unlike most places, Abbey Acres welcomes up to three cats or dogs, regardless of size and breed. The spacious front yard features dedicated Zipline Dog Runs, providing plenty of room for your furry friends to play and stay engaged, keeping them happy. A small one-time fee ensures the property remains pet-friendly and your space is pet-ready upon arrival.

Up to Two Weeks: $95 for up to two pets, $75 per pet for three pets ($225 total)
More Than Two Weeks up to 30 Days: $155 for up to two pets, $85 per pet for three pets ($255 total)
Over 30 Days: $350 for up to two pets, $450 for three pets

When you add your pets to the reservation, the initial fee of $95 will automatically apply to your total. Please submit an inquiry for stays longer than two weeks or with more than two pets to ensure the appropriate fee is requested based on the duration of your stay and the number of pets.

ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Disputes and Chargebacks Policy:
Guests must address and attempt to resolve disputes with the host within 24 hours of the issue arising and provide relevant documentation of their complaint, including any photos or communications.

Initiating a chargeback without first trying to resolve the dispute with the host is a breach of this policy. Guests must notify the host of their intent to file a chargeback and allow seven days for resolution.

Consequences for Fraudulent Chargebacks:
Fees: Guests will be responsible for all reprocessing and legal fees for disputing the chargeback.
Ban: Guests who initiate a fraudulent chargeback may be banned from making future bookings on the platform.

After 2 p.m. (2 hours prior): $45
After 12 noon (4 hours prior): $65
Before 12 noon: $95

Late Checkout Options:
By 11 a.m. (No additional charge)
By 1 p.m. (2 hours later): $45
By 3 p.m. (4 hours later): $65
After 3 p.m.: $95
