Complete with all the comforts of home, this cozy Smoky Mountain condo invites your small group of family or friends to have a fun-filled retreat in Tennessee!

This is a spacious, fourth floor end unit (unit 401) that includes a sunny breakfast nook and a wrap around balcony! There are only a few of these units within the building.

CONDO LIVING: TV, seasonal fireplace, sliding glass door, private wrap around balcony, outdoor seating, creek/wooded views

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, dishwasher. Please note: oven is not currently working. Stove top works fine. There is also a large toaster oven appliance that has baking capabilities.

GENERAL: WiFi, Luxurious Biltmore brand towels/linens, washer & dryer, air conditioning

Tennessee vacation

Conveniently located. Nice and roomy. Beautiful place to stay. It was nice to be able to cook some of our meals. We enjoyed having the pool. It was nice to be able to wash some clothes. My husband really enjoyed the balcony.

Excellent Easter 2023 accommodations

Perfect place to recharge and rest after walking Gatlinburg and touring the area. Needed nothing...other than your choice of groceries, which are only a mile away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & reasonably priced. This place is on our list for a possible return trip this fall...A big THANK YOU to the owners for listing ths place!

Labor Day weekend

The condo was very nice and extremely well stocked. We were very happy with everything. The balcony and creek were awesome and relaxing. We sat out there every evening and morning. The only downside I can think of is for some reason I thought it was closer to the strip than it was. We like to be within a half mile or less and it was about a mile and a half walk or so to get everywhere we wanted to go. We still had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful accommodations

Beautiful well maintained property. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and listening to the babbling brook behind the condo. Our host Brittany was helpful with setting up the visit and contacting us with all our questions and needs in a timely manner. Property is located just minutes from downtown but is remote and quite. We hope to return soon.

Family Vacation

Unit was very good size for four people to stretch out. Kinda in need of updating yet but the owners just started renting the unit so it’s a good start where they are at. I would stay again for sure especially being so close to town and hearing the sounds of the creek flowing past!!!

Rocky Top Bash

We had stayed at the same resort a couple years ago for a volleyball tournament. I found this one on Vrbo and really enjoyed our stay. It is super convenient to Rocky Top Sports World. That made it even more convenient since it was the rod run we can also. It meant we didn’t have to get out into the crowds.
