Entering the home into the foyer, the Lamborghini room on the right, with its lavish, Queen sized day bed with twin trundle, welcomes you. Finely furnished in high Palm beach style so that you can relax. There is also a 1/2 bath on this level. Up 1 flight, you enter an open floor plan with a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room has a huge reclining sectional sofa and 65” Smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. The dining room has a stylish design and seating for 8. The kitchen is well-appointed and large enough to prepare a gourmet meal during your stay.

On the third floor, you have two en-suite bedrooms.

The primary Bali room offers a King Bed suite in soothing Indonesian style, a 65” Smart TV, two walk-in closets, and the master bath has his & her sinks, a large soaking tub, and a shower.

Across the hall enter Pirates with its boat bed topped with an opulent full-size mattress and another twin trundle below.

The Moorings community amenities include two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a clubhouse with a game room, and an outside patio looking onto the marina, boats, and Intracoastal. Free garage parking with security on duty 24/7. Plenty of guest parking. The condo is conveniently located close to the covered deeded parking space and elevator. The Moorings community has two restaurants and is close to other nearby restaurants. Less than 1 1/2 miles to the beach!
The HOA must do a background check $100 processing fee ; a 30-day minimum is required for stays per association guidelines. TIME NEEDED for the association to receive paperwork to review at least 7 days' notice PRIOR TO STAY
