Excellent Stay in Mason

My family really enjoyed this house. We hosted a baby shower here and the bee/honey theme fit perfectly. A very modern and aesthetically pleasing place! It was also nice that there is a high-chair, baby gate, and pack and play available.

Perfect for everyone

We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do.

Home for the Holidays

My family is extended across the tri-state area and this home was perfectly placed for all to gather and visit for a family holiday celebration. The home is very open and has amazing spaces. The host was lovely to deal with and even gracious enough to decorate for the season! Highly recommend this home.

Baby Shower

The Cozy Bee is a fantastic property! We rented house to host a baby shower for our daughter because we no longer live in Ohio. We stayed several days and avoided paying for hotel. The open layout was great for the party, as well as the huge island and counterspace. Kitchen missing a mixer, and thank goodness I brought one because I needed to make several dozen cookies. The ovens were a little dirty, so I wiped out before , using and windexed the glass of light fixtures over island.The weather was suddenly cold, so we had to open the vents for heat as home appeared to be in summer mode. Also, had trouble turning off overhead fan in living room but figured it out. Sadly, the overhead light in living room was burnt out, and owner said she didn't have tall enough ladder to change the bulb, but did offer to buy another floor lamp. We moved one from the second floor into the living room. Cloudy days made space a little dark. We did more cleaning before party because we were hosting event. If our family just staying the cleanliness would've been fine. Guests loved the house and were amazed at the "toys" in the garage: ping pong, pop-a-shot etc. Wish we could've used these and the large backyard with fire pit. Host was readily available by phone and even allowed me to tour property in advance. She was very nice and easy to work with. Had some difficulty with keypad to check in/out probably due to low battery. We will keep property in mind for future trips to Cincinnati. Thanks Lynn!

Our favorite VRBO property

My family and I lodged with the Cozy Bee cottage for the second time; and just as our first experience, it was wonderful. We truly consider this our “home away from home” in the greater Cincinnati area. The house, neighborhood, and convenience to all attractions are just perfect. Lynn is a wondeful host!

Wedding stay including rehearsal dinner

This property fit our needs perfectly. Description of the property and amenities were spot on. We were in town for my daughter's wedding, and it was difficult finding a property that would permit us to have a small gathering for the rehearsal dinner. In addition, we had a specific request due to a health issue of one of the guests. I inquired through the VRBO app, and our host (Lynn) was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. Was the best interaction I have ever had with a host and very appreciated. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the metro area (also very close to King's Island although we did not visit).

Summer in Cinti

Had a wonderful week in Cincinnati with the family. I have family that lives in the area so we were able to get together with them. The house was awesome. It had everything we needed. The children had a wonderful time with the game room. One thing to note if you’re planning on going to Cinti in July. It is HUMID!!!

We had a group of family and friends stay together here while attending a conference in Cincinnati. The home was just as pictured, or even better! Lots to do and plenty of space! The decor was creative and contemporary. Quiet side street was well located. We made good use of the grill, the fire pit, the game room, the bikes, the movie room, and the enormous kitchen/dining area. We would happily come back again… and are already thinking about the next opportunity.

Family reunion

Wonderful home with all the amenities you could ever want. This was our second time at the "Cozy Bee" for our annual reunion of family scattered all over the country. We used the grill for cook outs and the large round dining table for breakfast and just sitting around visiting. The fire pit was awesome where cold beer and wine was enjoyed! Highly recommend this home! Host is very accessible and responsive to any communication. The kitchen is amazing!

Great house for our family

We were in town for a wedding and family reunion. There were 8 of us in total including a 7 month old baby. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the game room. The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed or wanted. Open communication with the host. I would stay here again!

Couldn't BEE happier.

The Cozy Bee cottage was perfect for us! Everything was exactly as described and we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend celebration for our Xavier graduate! Super cute upgrades everywhere, quiet walkable neighborhood and the kitchen is simply amazing. Would definitely stay again!!

Family girls weekend

We stayed in the lovely property for 2 nights. Plenty of space. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun. Built a fire in the fire pit, roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. The kitchen was fantastic and we enjoyed all of the amenities

Bachelorette Party

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette party for the weekend, and this was the perfect place for 7 girls to stay, especially with 3 showers. The kitchen and dining area was perfect to fit everyone for meals that we ate at the house, and we loved having the games in the garage and fire pit for a more laidback evening while people were arriving. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Wedding Weekend

We were in the area for our son’s wedding. This beautiful house served as our base for immediate and some extended family. The home is exactly as described. The kitchen, in particular, is magnificent. The accommodations were very comfortable and the game room ( garage) was a great diversion for the younger kids. We would definitely rent this space again!

Just a short stroll or bike ride away from this property is quaint downtown Mason where you'll find restaurants, bars and shops. They hold special events in the downtown plaza including a tree lighting at Christmas time and concerts every Friday evening in the Summer. Mason is home to the Western and Southern Tennis Tournament, Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park.
