*Bedroom 1: This fun, themed Gru & Lucy's master suite features a king canopy bed, a crib . Flat screen TV with sliding patio door with access to the pool.
*Bathroom 1: The fun continues in Gru's master bathroom. Full bathroom with separate tub and shower. and separate toilet room.
*Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, silverware and glassware for up to 10 guests.
*Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove/oven. Coffee maker, cookware and bakeware.
*Family room features leather sofa, 2 accent chairs with a large flat LED smart TV.
*Sliding doors to back screen covered lanai' with in ground pool.

*Bedroom 4 Suite: Welcome to the Edith and Agnes' suite with two twin bedroom with nightstand, dresser, smart TV and en-suite bathroom
*Bedroom 5 Suite: Pirate minions theme room with king bed with dresser and TV with en-suite bathroom.
*Bedroom 6: Custom fun filled with five (5) twin bunk beds. Sleeps 5.

Extra charges will apply following the booking if you opt to add the service. Certain fees may also be subject to applicable taxes.
•Pet Fee: The fee for the first pet is $250, with an additional charge of $100 for each subsequent pet. Please note that there are breed restrictions in place, and a maximum of two dogs is permitted. Only dogs are allowed.
•Pool & Spa Heat: The cost for heating the pool and spa is $40 per night, with a minimum requirement of three nights, and this charge must be applied for the entire duration of the stay.
•Use of Grill: The grill operates solely on propane. The use of charcoal is prohibited as it may cause damage to the grill. Any misuse or damage will incur additional charges. To use the grill, there is a $35 cleaning fee. A propane tank is provided, and guests are responsible for refilling it. We offer a full tank of gas along with the cleaning fee for a total of $80.
•Management Fee: $50
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*Minimum of one set of bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per paid guests.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat.
**Heating of pool is available for $40/night with a minimum of 3 nights for the duration of the stay.
GRILL: Propane gas grill available. Guest supply gas. Propane tank available to swap. Cleaning fee $35. We also offer a full propane tank ready for $80.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Avoid a $50 fine for placing loose trash in the bin. The garbage company also won't pick up the trash if trash is not in closed bags.
**For added safety, we offer contactless check-in procedures. You will be provided a door code prior to check-in to facilitate smooth check ins.**

*Valid driver license required if driving vehicle to be allowed on property
*Pool and pest control maintenance is mandatory and can not be rescheduled. In order to keep the property pristine we must do routine visits.
