Our cottage is steps from the beach in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. Wake up to the smell of the ocean spray, spend all day down at the private beach, enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set behind the Gulf of Mexico, fall asleep to the sounds of the gentle crashing waves. You are walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The cottage has a drive way for two vehicles. Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach caddy! • No smoking on the property
• No unauthorized pets
• You are allowed a maximum of 2 day guest and there shall be a maximum of 6 overnight guests in the house at any time. If a situation occurs that would require exceeding this limit please contact us and we can discuss.
• Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
• Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
• In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
• We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. (after 10PM)
