Some of the features of the home include laminate flooring, quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, under cabinet lighting, gas range, stainless fridge and dishwasher. The living room offers very comfortable leather reeling sofa's with heat & massage. There is an stand up arcade game in one of the guest bedrooms for your enjoyment. Very comfortable backyard with many amenities including a pool, hot-tub, bbq and plenty of seating. The neighborhood is quiet & provides walking paths and access to greenbelt.

Two couples to be nearby family for Christmas

This is a quiet very well kept newer development. The home is well furnished, with two bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the home, so was very nice for privacy for each couple. The kitchen, dining and living room with large TV and comfy seating had a pleasant open floorplan. The home is very close to a long easy walking path leading to preserved natural areas, including a small lake that normally has many birds.

Adoption day

The place was great, we came to celebrate my daughter adopting her foster son. The place was very nice and we had a nice time celebrating our new addition. The oven didn't work, but we were able to use the microwave and the stove top.

Nampa Wedding

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was everything we expected and much more. I enjoyed the open concept and large kitchen and the kids loved the pool. Very clean and so relaxing. Would recommend 100%. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Nice place

Very comfortable and cozy place. The pool had a leak but it didn’t hinder our use of the pool. I would say down load you check in instructions. Cellular service is not good in this area. No fault of the owner.

Great getaway!

We came out to see NPK at Firebird raceway and stayed at this great house! It was clean, relaxing and very accommodating. Kids loved the pool! Would recommend 100%!

Fantastic house and pool

We loved our stay here and the pool and outside space made it one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. Our kids loved swimming all day and we loved all the outdoor seating- not to mention the house itself was very clean and well taken care of. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Spacious and clean

We came here for our daughters wedding in Nampa. Tim was so accommodating and very responsive. The backyard allowed ample space for a small family bbq with plenty of space for all of us. Please know that access to the garage is not available, so if you’re planning on needing unloading space that’s the only caveat. Other than that, it was wonderful and we will definitely rebook when visiting Nampa/Boise in the future.

It is a great home. The only thing is that the neighbor frowns on people making noise while swimming before 9:00 pm. Other than that we had a good time while staying on the property. The contact person was great, he answered the phone each time I called and the one time he didn't he phoned me back almost immediately. We enjoyed the stay.

My family enjoyed the house. It is roomy and extremely comfortable. It is located in a lovely neighborhood with great walking paths. Very clean home. Wonderful fenced backyard for my little dog. I would definitely rent this home again. The host was response to any questions. We had a great time

Peaceful vacation

This property is exactly as advertised, maybe even better! The home is spacious and tastefully furnished. The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the owner was super easy when we had a question. We would highly recommend this home. To have such a nice place to stay that allowed our little Yorkies was icing on the cake!
