Welcome to the House of Grace! Completely renovated Downtown Lancaster home located within a short walk to most restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Fulton Theater, Penn Square, Convention Center, Gallery Row and famous Lancaster Central Market.

Single family home with a large Master Bedroom & ensuite full bathroom. Second floor rooftop deck overlooking the neighborhood. Brand new kitchen and window filled family room that leads out to a spacious backyard. Home has a large garage for parking.

Home Away From Home

The house was amazingly cute and cozy. There was plenty of room to live comfortably with our guests. The home was clean and well appointed. The host was gracious and communicated promptly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again while in the area.

Excellent home away from home

We were in Lancaster for my niece's wedding and our stay here was perfect in every way. This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Super comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen (with sharp knives and great cookware!) and ample room for our family to enjoy meals and board games together. The owners have remodeled this property top to bottom and we love the touches of history they have preserved while making it beautifully modern. The rooms are more spacious than they appear in the photos. They have made excellent use of the space. Everyone from my 91 year old mother in law to our 4 year old loved it. It was conveniently located, with parking for 2 cars in the garage and safe and cheap additional parking in a parking garage nearby. Walking distance to the Central Market and Queen Street. Our hosts were responsive and helpful with any questions we asked. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Perfect location and cozy house

We came down for a weekend and this rental was a perfect location to park the car and walk everywhere in downtown Lancaster. The house is clean, cozy and modern and very comfortable. We will stay again!

Ladies getaway

Once we found this little gem of a place all was well. It is located down an alley - not a street! Garage is perfect parking for one car - if there are two or more there is a parking garage next to Decades that is a very short walk from the house. House had everything we needed. Door Dash found us- no problem! Lovely spot. Easy walk to quaint shops downtown and centrally located for all things Pennsylvania Dutch! Highly recommend the Sight and Sound Theater and the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater!

This property was one of my favorites. It was very warm and welcoming. It was well equipped with the essentials. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. The pictures represent exactly what you will see upon arrival. Very charming!

Perfect for a family stay

We were in the area for a week-long family reunion in Lititz. Stayed here the entire time and it was perfect for grandparents, parents, and two young grandchildren. Nice back yard that we would have used more if it hadn’t rained so much. One car garage, so our daughter parked in a nearby public garage, which was very reasonable. House is charmingly redone With modern kitchen and baths. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Amazing house in downtown Lancaster

This is a fully renovated carriage house and while the outside looks like a garage 😊 because it was essentially one, the inside is gorgeous. The house was spotless and very well stocked. We used this as our home base and then spent the days visiting Amish country, Hershey, the oldest pretzel bakery, and the railroad museum. Everything was 20-30 minutes away max. I wish we'd had more time to explore.

Amazing Family Trip

We were blown away by this property. It was beautiful, located to so many cool shops and activities and it was very clean. The owners seemed to think of everything, the pots and pans were beautiful, bedding was so soft and cozy, soaps were good brands, and they even had books for all ages of our kids year and toys for the baby! There is a garage for parking which was perfect for loading and unloading the kiddos. The back yard and deck were a great place to hang out after a day of activities! And the kitchen was a dream to cook in! The owners also went above and beyond when we realized that we forgot a beloved stuffed animal! We are looking forward to coming back again!

Great place.

This property was exactly as listed. It was well furnished and appointed. Host was very responsive. We were here to ride motorcycles so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house but while we were there we were quite comfortable. Highly recommend. Location was not important to us since we were out on the bikes most of the day(s).

Our stay at Grace House was lovely. Very clean. Attention to detail in the decor and furnishings. We appreciated the garage. The downstairs outside patio was nice in the evenings. The kitchen is functional and so pretty. We would love to stay there again.

Could not have picked a better place!!

The house is absolutely beautiful and it is decorated like a magazine but very cozy and comfortable. Jake goes above and has thought of everything you could possibly need. The garage was one of the main reasons I chose this place and it was perfect. We didn’t have to drive around looking for parking space and a short walk to central market and good restaurants. The back yard is so nice after a day of sight seeing we sat out and relaxed. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. Jake is great to communicate with me about any questions I had.

I want to go back!

We rented this home to stay with extended family for my daughters wedding. It was perfect and better than pictured! We were so busy with the wedding we didn’t have time to relax and really enjoy the home so I want to go back to Lancaster so I can stay here again. Quiet, stocked and perfectly lovely!

Traveling as a family of five has its own set of challenges, but this well appointed home left nothing to be desired. One of our favorite rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Most importantly, it is CLEAN! Not everyone has the same idea of what it means to be clean, but this home is spotless. There is an attention to detail throughout that gave us a comfortable and homey feeling right away. The pictures are very accurate, here are some of our favorite touches: lamps in every room for low light in the evenings, cozy throw blankets for relaxing on the couch, AC system cooled both levels equally, kitchen had anything we needed, beds and linens were very comfortable, AND it comes with a charming private outdoor space in the city! Jake made sure to let us know he was available if anything was needed, although none was required. Exceptional property with a quiet neighborhood, truly a peaceful experience all around.

Satisfied Guests!

The house surpassed our expectation. The big kitchen, the room arrangement and most of all the master bedroom is awesome. The cleanliness and the smell of the house made us more comfortable. We loved the balcony, and our 4-legged friend enjoyed the back yard. Amenities and other stuffs were provided. We're all satisfied. Also, I would like to express my deepest thanks to Jake the Host of the house. He's easy to talk to! We're looking forward to staying again next year. I'm recommending this place if you're looking for the best place to stay.

There is no property like this in downtown Lancaster. It's spacious and wide open and has been completely renovated recently. A centrally located home with a full kitchen, fenced in backyard and a rooftop deck that overlooks the entire neighborhood. I guarantee there is nothing like it in the city!
