Enjoy your amazing vacation days exploring the mesmerizing Gulf Coast beaches or just relax in this beautiful peaceful beach themed house and spend time in our own heated private pool. From many appetizing restaurants and bars, and even countless stores nearby for you to shop your memorable gifts to take back home. From the location of our home, it is just 7 minutes away to Nokomis beach along with two other beaches such as Venice beach and Siesta Key Beach. Venice beach is only 10 minutes away and the most famous and well-known, Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota is only an 18-minute drive away! Lastly, for all the fish lovers there are endless amounts of fishing areas near our home.

Our newly remodeled home has everything what you need to enjoy your stay! The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and connected with its own bathroom along with a perfect view of the private heated pool. The comfy seating area next to the pool is perfect for having an evening drink, reading a book, or just to relax.

Our home is a perfect location for someone who is interested in just relaxing or having a fun time to be active and bike around the neighborhood!

We want everyone to enjoy their vacation, and we want to make sure our house is what you are looking for. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have so that we can ensure you are getting the best vacation experience.

Vacation Stay

The house was very well decorated and clean. The pool area was a bit small and lounge area in the shade. On website it said "pet friendly" but a book of rules when you arrived said "no pets".Overall, would recommend.

Property was lovely. Communication with host was somewhat difficult as she is not local. Situated in Chicago. Her response to issues was slow. Would stay again

Perfect home!

We loved the spacious house with split master suite. There were two sets of pocket doors in addition to the bedroom doors for each sleeping area made for restful sleeping while others were still awake. The separated family and living rooms provided great spaces for TV time vs quiet time and were ideal for two people working remotely. The home was updated with a modern style and very nicely appointed with everything we needed to make meals in the home and have lots of fun at the pool and beach. Would definitely stay again. Thanks very much!

"Absolute Gem"

My family and I stayed for 10 days in this gorgeous home. The house was very spacious and well equipped for our family of 5. The pool was lovely and a nice addition to the beach which is located just a short 7 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this property for your next get away. Anna the host was an absolute gem to work with, she was very responsive to any questions we had during out stay.

Stunning Rental Property

If you’re wondering should I book this location the answer is YES! The home is perfectly situated in a quiet residential area. The home is newly renovated nothing out dated. With open floor concept the kitchen and family room are the hub of the house for kids/teens. The house was spotless and meticulously clean upon arrival. I hate when a hotel was cleaned but still not clean. You have your own pool so no weird ppl or over chlorinated water you’d have at a hotel. Pretty sure the pool was salt water, even better! You’re 10 minutes from multiple beach options, restaurants, shopping, etc. We love the entire gulf shore and this location gives you option to travel 1 hour north to Tampas amenities or hour south to ft Myers amenities. Our entire family loved this residence and hope it’s an option to rent again in the future!! Anna was wonderful to respond to any questions as well. Thank you for sharing this property with us!

Great property with pool on quiet neighborhood

Short drive to the beach and nearby stores. Comfortable beds. Modern kitchen with very limited supplies. Bring your own supplies for cooking. But overall very nice house. Would definitely come back again. Enjoyed velcome gift. Thanks Anna!

The perfect layout for a Florida vacation

We had an incredible stay at this three-bedroom house in Nokomis, Florida. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-stocked amenities. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, providing ample space for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool was a refreshing bonus, enjoyed by all of our guests. Beautiful Property South of Sarasota

My husband and I really loved this rental and we stay in a lot of VRBOs. The pictures are quite accurate. The house has been recently renovated and is decorated beautifully. Kitchens and bathrooms are important to me and the kitchen was perfect; it had everything we needed, and all items were very new and in great condition. The bathrooms were beautiful and very functional. We also loved the location and we were able to discover some "new to us" beaches, Nokomis and North Jetty. It was very quick and easy to get to these beaches and we didn't have to fight the traffic going back into Sarasota. This rental is also very close to Oscar Scherer State Park which has great walking trails. Anna, the host, was very attentive and communication was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Home Away from Home

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We were a little nervous because when we booked our stay, there were no reviews yet because Anna had just listed her home on Vrbo for the first time. We were so excited because not only did the pictures reflect the beauty of this home, it is so comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need—just like home! The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped and the pool is pristine and the perfect temperature! The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. Anna is very pleasant and responsive. Her goal is for guests to be so comfortable they feel like her home is their home. She surpassed that goal—her home was an oasis for us!! Thank you so much, Anna!!
