Willkommen im Fountainhead II, unserem *** 1560 Quadratfuß *** Zuhause in der OCEAN CITY! Als Teil eines Komplexes mit nur 7 Wohneinheiten werden Sie sich wie Welten entfernt von der Hektik eines Hochhauses fühlen. Sie können eine Treppe hinunter zu Ihrem Auto gehen, das unter dem Gerät im SHADE geparkt ist, oder noch besser zum POOL oder OCEAN, und das alles ohne die Verwendung von Aufzügen! Genießen Sie einen Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie trinken morgens einen Kaffee von unserem Deck oder unserem Esstisch und sind nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben Zugang zum Privatstrand über eine Rampe oder Stufen sowie eine Außenspritze zum Abwaschen nach einem unterhaltsamen Tag am Strand!

Unsere komplett umgestaltete Einheit verfügt über ein 40 Quadratmeter großes, überdachtes Deck (das längste Deck, das Sie je gesehen haben!). Mit einem Terrassentisch für mehr als 8 Personen, WLAN, 3 Flachbildfernsehern (50-Zoll-Plasma und zwei 32-Zoll-LCD-Bildschirmen), einer eigenen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner in der Einheit und riesigen Zimmern! Es hat Keramikfliesen in allen stark frequentierten Bereichen wie dem zweiten Eingangsflur (was wir gerne als "Eingang nach dem Strand" bezeichnen), der Küche und den Badezimmern. Für Ihren Komfort sind die Schlafzimmer mit Teppichboden ausgelegt und der Wohnbereich, der Essbereich und der Flur sind aus Hartholz. Unsere Küche wurde komplett mit neuen Schränken und Granitplatten umgebaut. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen, Pfannen, Serviertabletts, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und einem Mixer. Unser Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch für 8 Personen. Unser Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine 50 'High Def. Plasma-Fernseher und Blu-Ray / DVD-Player. Unser geräumiges Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen übergroßen Kleiderschrank, ein eigenes Bad, einen 32-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher und einen separaten Waschtischbereich mit eigenem Spiegel / Waschbecken. Unser geräumiges mittleres Schlafzimmer hat 2 volle Betten, eine Kommode und viel Stauraum. Unser geräumiges Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen 32-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher, eine Kommode und viel Stauraum.

Check-in ist um 15 Uhr, Check-out ist um 10 Uhr. Acht Poolpässe werden zur Verfügung gestellt. WIR MIETEN NUR AN FAMILIEN UND AUCH AN PAARE UND GRUPPEN, DIE MINDESTENS 30 JAHRE ALT SIND. Excellent OC beach vacation spot

Our second time at this location - it's beautiful. Very well maintained, it feels like a home away from home. Just a few steps from the beach, it's one of the few locations we've stayed where our family of 5 doesn't feel crowded - very spacious. Neta and Davey (owners) are wonderful and answered all our questions before arrival. If you're looking for a place to stay and want to avoid the high rise condos you must give this location a try. We plan to make it a yearly destination for our family summer vacation.

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for our group! We LOVED the deck for the kids to run around. The wall were nice a thick to allow for kids to sleep and adults to stay up and we never felt cramped. Great proximity to the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again!

Great Ocean City, MD rental for couples or families!

This three-bedroom unit was perfect for our long weekend in Ocean City! The unit is in excellent shape, and it was plenty big for the five of us, but could easily accommodate eight people. This was a friends getaway for a music festival and we were two couples and a another friend. It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach and while we didn’t use the pool area, it’s right there as well. This unit is several miles north of the boardwalk, but there are still plenty of restaurants and shops around within walking distance. The owner, Neta, was great to work with and I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Fabulous!

I cannot say enough about this rental! Much larger than I expected, with truly EVERYTHING you might need. We needed to move from our usual rental due to an increase in our family size and I am so, so happy we found this gem! Truly a home away from home, and this will absolutely be our only choice when we come back next summer! Thank you, Neta and Davey, for such a wonderful stay in addition to your graciousness and hospitality! We can’t wait for next summer!!!

OCEAN’S CALLING

So grateful we found Neta’s place! After a long drive in from Baltimore and a bit Jet lagged, it was HOME the second we walked in the door. Clean! Cozy (yet Spacious!) On the beach (just a few steps… & Beautiful view from the huge living room windows!) We came to OCMD for the Ocean’s Calling music festival on the boardwalk. It was the perfect retrieve. Every accommodation we could have wished for. Thank you Neta for sharing your home with us. It was our first time to Ocean City and we left a “peace” of our hearts there. Lovely place, wonderful owners! Do not second guess booking here!

Disappointing

We have stayed at this property for 5 years and have always enjoyed it's location and well stocked kitchen. The past two years, the air conditioners in the two smaller bedrooms have smelled very musty and have dampened everything in the rooms (clothing etc). This year, we had to sleep with the windows open because of the musty smell in the one bedroom. At the end of our stay, we cleaned up the condo as always (made the beds, wiped the surfaces etc). The owner then sent a vague message that the place was left in "horrible condition" and that we were not welcome there again. When I asked for specifics, she could not give me any and our ENTIRE security deposit was returned.

The property was spacious, clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots & pans ; the appliances were newer. The beach was very close, beach view from house & porch. The porch was large with table, chairs & swing. We really enjoyed our week!

Great Beach place!

The place was amazing, super clean and location was great, the beach is steps away! Neta was awesome! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a toddler. No one was on top of each other. We'll definitely be going back!

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice

It’s a hidden gem right off the beach! Quiet, no elevators to wait for, and no one to worry about being below you (if you have kids, you know). The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of Tupperware, chip clips, knives and silverware. They also provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which saves so much room when traveling. Neta and Dave have really thought of everything, and that made our stay so much more enjoyable!

Wonderful!!!

I don't even know where to begin to say how wonderful Neta's and Davey's place is. It is truly a hidden gem. We have been coming to Ocean City for 14 years and this place is hands down the best place we ever stayed. First, it was so clean and each room was spacious. The kitchen, dining room and living room was open concept and is decorated beautiful. Each bedroom (all 3) were very spacious with a huge closet and two dressers in each room. The bathrooms are stylish and the porch was wonderful! There are hidden gems all through the condo: extra blankets, beach chairs, games, books and the kitchen has everything a family may need. The swing on the porch was so nice on early mornings or in the evenings, in fact the whole condo was much larger then the pictures shows. And must of all Neta and Davey are wonderful to work with. I spoke to Neta a few times prior to our vacation and she is so nice, it was like I knew her for years. Then we met Neta and Davey on our second day and I can't say how nice they both are. They take such good care of their condo, it actually felt like coming home during our stay. They thought of everything a family may need during their vacation. We will be back next year, in fact on our first day being at the beach we knew this would be our new place to stay. Thank you Neta and Davey for being so kind and having a beautiful condo for families to stay in. We will see you both next year! Brenda

Great experience!

We rented from Neta and Davey last week and had a fabulous family vacation. Their property is in really good condition and they have stocked the kitchen particularly well. The kitchen included use of nice appliances and kitchen ware and they leave you with spices, sponges, and soap so you don't have to go buy your own. The property is steps away from the beach (though not directly on the beach) and has it's own little path to get there. Loved the big porch and used it a lot. Neta was fabulous about communicating about the house; she answered emails and phone calls quickly. Davey was incredibly helpful about things to do and rent in the area. I expressed an interest in a bike ride and he drew up a detailed map showing me one of his favorite routes! If you want to go to Ocean City (which I found more crowded than I was comfortable with in terms of covid 19/safe social distancing), I highly recommend renting from them!

Property is even better in person! Upon arrival condo was spotless. Perfect location not only to the beach but to several area restaurants and the grocery store. No need to drive anywhere!!! Neta was quick to answer any questions before we arrived. Morning coffee on the deck while watching the ocean was a great start to every morning. I can’t wait to go back next year!

Summer Vacation in OC

This was an ideal location for the family - a stones throw from the beach! The place was spacious - all 5 of us stayed very comfortably. Outside deck area was great for take out. We'll definitely stay here again. :)
