- Bathroom: totally private inside the room, recently renovated with shower tray and equipped with sets of freshly washed towels and irons; shampoo, gel, etc.

- Access to a shared kitchen (with 5 other rooms) outside the room fully equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, goblets, mugs, stove, refrigerators, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. It is cleaned every day.

The guests are super respectful and clean with everything.
