The Point is a new (2021) gated resort community in Avellanas and this is one of 10 homes in the community. The home features a modern architecture with an open layout. The floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings provide an exceptionally bright and airy feel. Exotic tropical gardens and palms run throughout the community and the pool is just steps away from the door. Howler Monkeys can be heard in the background most evenings and Scarlet Macaws visit frequently. The guest room features a dedicated workspace for those that bring work along.

The best option for getting around in Avellanas is by car. Four-wheel drive is highly recommended in the rainy season. To access the beach, drive down to Lola’s and park in the dedicated parking area.
Please be aware that in Costa Rica, you cannot flush toilet paper.
Every toilet has a little trash can next to it. Please use the trash can for toilet paper to avoid unnecessary mess and hassle during your stay.
Please no flushing toilet paper (or sanitary products) down the toilet. Plumbing in Costa Rica is not designed to handle toilet paper.
