Experience lakeside perfection at this bright and modern cabin, located in The Reserve at Lake Travis.

After fun-filled days on the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in your deep soaking tub while the fireplace crackles. Whip up lake snacks in your well-equipped kitchenette, which includes a microwave, toaster, and mini-fridge. A king sofa bed is available for extra sleeping space. The cabin is equipped with 2 paddles and 3 balls to play pickleball during your stay. Enjoy a laidback cookout on your private patio, complete with a gas grill. Adventures plus access to an array of resort-style amenities including a pickleball court, fish pond, hike and bike trails and an on-site marina.

All water amenities and food and beverage areas are currently closed.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
Boat docks and slips are available to rent. The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive information on local watercraft companies that deliver to The Reserve Marina.
Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis.
Drought conditions will affect the water levels for Lake Travis so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
