The pool heater can be used for an additional fee of $35 per night (minimum of 3 nights). The owner will make exceptions for dogs less than 15 pounds depending on the situation for an extra fee of $50 per night.

Air conditioner should be not lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit and not higher than 77 Fahrenheit. No dirty dishes should be left and no garbage should be left inside the apartment
