The space
This rental includes cabins #6, #7, the original pump house of the former Dell’s Sleepy Hollow Resort, and a pontoon boat on Woman Lake. These cabins are cozied up to 8 other privately owned cabins which make up the neighborhood.
Guests are requested to honor a 10mph speed limit on the shared gravel road and a 10 pm quiet time.
Guest access
Off road, designated, private parking for up to 6 vehicles on a class 5, sand and gravel parking lot is located on property within 100 feet from the cabin entrances.
The total lot size of this property is .7 acres. The lot is mostly level and grassed with a gentle elevation down to the water. There are 5 steps from the deck down to the lakeside lawn. These steps could be avoided by going around cabin #7 where there is a gentle sloped lawn and no stairs.
Other things to note
This rental on Woman Lake includes use of a dock, covered pontoon lift and a 22’ pontoon boat or similar.
We request a sober captain be designated by your group and we ask your captain be aware of and follow Minnesota regulations regarding watercraft operation.
Owner reserves option to substitute another pontoon if needed to help keep your party happy and on the water. Please review and obey any applicable county or state ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals.

Prohibited Activities:
Please, no pets, smoking, unregistered guests, events, parties, outside music, campers, tents, off-road vehicles, motorized personal watercraft, fireworks, fire arms, campfires outside designated location-beach fire globe, fish scaling (indoors), outdoor loose trash or food waste.
Fish Cleaning:
We provide a fish cleaning cart on the lake side of cabin number #7 near the outdoor water faucet where we ask fish cleaning to be accomplished.
Property Access:
Owner/Management/staff may, at times, need access to the property for purposes not limited to maintenance, repairs, garbage removal, lawn care, landscape maintenance. The owners keep a boat at the dock and may be seen leaving the dock or returning from the lake.
Stuff Happens:
Should any breakage or damage occur, especially broken GLASS, we ask guests report such incidents immediately such that staff may address any issues related to safety as soon as possible. Whatever it is, please don’t hide it. Tell us. We will always be kind, fair, and reasonable.
About The Pontoon Boat:
To be sure the pontoon will function properly throughout the summer we regularly service and maintain the boat and motor. As this amenity is offered without charge there will be no refunds or adjustments for lost days should repairs to the boat be necessary. The pontoon comes with a full tank of gas and gas are required to leave the pontoon with a full tank upon their departure. Gas is available for purchase on the lake at Green Roof Inn and Woman Lake Lodge.
Please Stay Aware and Alert: There are several Rocky areas on Woman Lake that can damage a boat prop. We do provide a lake map for you but please be sure to pay close attention to the lake bottom along the shorelines.
About FREE PERKS: Our property does have a 6 person hot tub that our guests are allowed to use. This amenity is NOT part of the listed amenities and not rolled into the rental rate. As a result, refunds will NOT be issued in the event that the hot tub becomes unavailable. This is a brand new hot tub so we do ask that you follow all the rules regarding usage that we will provide you. We also provide a few other small amenities such as body wash, popcorn, a pizza kit for the wood fire pizza oven and coffee pods. We ask that you use only what you need and not take these items home with you after your stay with us.
Check-out Day:
Check-out should include at the minimum – all trash and recycling to the designated containers at roadside: dishes and kitchen items washed and put away. First load of towels washed and in the dryer. Remember to check for personal items in cabins, boats, bathrooms, laundry room, dresser drawers, vanity, under beds, etc. to be sure you leave nothing behind.
