Bright, airy, and beautifully decorated, “The Sunshine State” has five bedrooms, each a comfortable place to relax and recharge.

The Master Bedroom enjoys complete privacy, tucked up in a quiet corner of the second floor. With its luxurious king-sized bed, premium linens, and soft pillows, it's the perfect place to rest after a sun-soaked day in the “Venice of America.” Start your morning right with a fresh cup of coffee in the tranquil sitting area, or curl up in bed and watch your favorite shows on the large, flat-screen TV. This elegant space with its sleek wood floors and large windows enjoys plenty of natural light. It also boasts a huge ensuite bathroom with a luxe soaking tub.

Four more spacious bedrooms are spread across the main floor. Three offer queen-sized beds, one of which has a dedicated workspace and access to an ensuite bathroom. Cool neutrals meet stark colors in these tastefully-decorated rooms.

The last bedroom is perfect for additional guests or families with young children, with its large queen bed plus a full double bed in a separate curtained alcove. A crib is also available if needed.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including its five spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the full kitchen, and elegant living space. The outside space includes a fully-fenced private backyard, a sparkling heated pool, and free private parking (4 spaces on the driveway).

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, and there’s a dedicated workspace in one bedroom. The home also has a washer and dryer, and we provide essential toiletries, plush towels, and bed linens.

Please note that the Master Bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

To heat the pool, there is a small additional fee of $12 per stay.

★ No smoking policy
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the No Smoking Policy will result in forfeiture of your security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
