As you step inside this condo, you will be taken aback by the incredible view of the ocean. This oceanfront condo has a bright and cheery interior design with touches of teal and coral. The living room features a comfy sofa and reclining chair, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures in a new beachside town. Colony Beach Club 201 sleeps four people in the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has peaceful blue walls and a comfy king-sized bed. You will sleep soundly in this bedroom to the sounds of the waves crashing against the beach. It also features a TV and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and TV. The second bathroom and washer and dryer are located near the second bedroom.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, Smart TVs, a DVD player, long-distance calling, a drip coffee maker, and a full-size washer/dryer.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
