Our vibrant Inn was recently renovated with a classic, retro flair and is ideally located within a short drive to all of Tahoe's best attractions. Guests will be treated to knotty pine finishes, colorful accents, and tasteful mountain decor. After a full day of outdoor recreation, you'll be happy to return to your nearby cozy suite and cuddle up by the fireplace, enjoy the shard hot tub, and prepare a meal at the kitchenette or order takeout from one of the many eateries within walking distance. Check us out on IG @tahoe_mountain_inn -Two dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $30 per stay. Dogs must be leashed at all times while on the property and may not be left unattended in the room. Owners should be mindful that there is a major road nearby and remain attentive in keeping dogs away from the street. -There are two security cameras facing the parking lot. -There is one allotted parking space per room. Trailer parking is not permitted. -4x4 vehicle required in winter -Please note this suite has significant road noise. Earplugs and a noise machine are provided. The Inn is located off of Lake Tahoe Blvd, which offers many local eateries and attractions within walking distance or a short drive. NO REFUNDS for adverse weather conditions. This includes, but is not limited to snow, ice, wind, storms, smoke, wildfires. Weather is an act of God; we do not control it. It is your responsibility to be aware of the weather conditions and be prepared with a proper vehicle and equipment, such as, chains, shovels, and a snow brush.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10pm each night and continue until 8am. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding guests.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying in the unit is a total of 2 guests.
PETS. Guests are allowed to have a maximum of 2 pets stay with them in the unit. Pets must be with their owners at all times and are not to be left alone in the unit. There is a $40 non-refundable pet fee per reservation. Guests are responsible for picking up dog after their dogs and are responsible for all damage that any pet causes and agrees to restore the unit to its original condition at their expense. The Owner has the right to evict Guests if the pet is left alone in the unit, barking, or acting aggressive.
PARKING. Guests are allowed one parking spot. Trailers are prohibited on the premises.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of Guests for the duration of the stay. The Security Deposit is to be paid at booking.
DEEP CLEAN. If the unit qualifies for a “deep clean” due to the amount of “wear and tear” a fee of $200 will be charged at the end of the reservation period. The Deep Clean Fee may be deducted from the Security Deposit.
SMOKING PROHIBITED. The Guest agrees smoking is prohibited inside of the unit. A $200 fee will be charged to the Guest if smoking occurred inside the unit. Smoking is allowed 20 feet from the building. INSPECTION. The Owner has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. The reservation period shall be terminated immediately should the guest violate any of the property rules in accordance with State law. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of the reservation.
TRASH. Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster located in the parking lot. Please make sure the clip is closed to secure the dumpster lid.
QUIET ENJOYMENT. Guests are to enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. Guests are expected to behave in a civilized manner and to be good neighbors with any other Guests of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance shall be grounds for immediate termination of this reservation.
USE OF PREMISES. Guests are to use the Premises for residential use only. If violations occur, the reservation will be terminated immediately with no refund.
ALTERATIONS. Date alterations or cancellations are not allowed within 5 days of arrival, including if the reason is for adverse weather.
