This is not just a Vacation Home , but hosts hope you feel as though it is your own home here in Cocoa Beach. Enjoy pristine views from the upstairs deck of the primary bedroom . Back yard is just steps from the sand with private beach access. Play all day on the beach and then splash the rest of the day away in the gorgeous pool . Comfortable yet luxurious, feel the magic of breathing in the ocean air and getting away from it all. This home is gated with room for 5-6 cars. All you need to do is bring your flip flops and a great book. Kitchen is fully equipped for anything you may need. Towels , beach towels and linens all provided. Beach toys to share include Corn hole, Horseshoes, Bacci Ball and Games. Close to the Impressive Kennedy Space Center, Home Port for Disney , Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines, Air Shows and Art Festivals, World Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop and all sorts of water activities like Deep Sea Fishing , Boat Rentals and Kayaking. Perfect beach vacation home!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the access to the ocean and the terrific pool. Wonderfully laid out house with lots of room. The amenities were well thought out. The owners were very nice to work with! We hope to go back in two years!

Wonderful Beach Home with Pool

Second year we’ve stayed here and hope to come back next year. The home is spacious with six bedrooms and large dining room table and outside eating area for the whole family to eat together. Things to do for all ages including the pool table, foosball table, putting green, and of course the pool and the beach.

Wonderful holiday gathering for our growing family

Fran and Dom have provided a really wonderful home that our family enjoyed immensely. At one time, we hosted Christmas dinner for 15 very comfortably at the large dining room table (we invited two of our family members who live in Cocoa Beach). The kitchen was excellent, with upgraded and new appliances. The bedrooms were clean and each offered its own unique positive attributes. The master bedroom is gorgeous. The pool was warm enough for us to get in, even in December. The grill was clean and easy to work. The outdoor areas on the property were nicely kept, and offered getaway places for our teenage family members. The access to the beach was direct, and the beach itself was quiet in this location... a great place for our daily football games (no major injuries). We were able to easily bike wherever we wanted to go, and the driveway held ample space for our rental cars. A chef's kiss was a chalked welcome sign for our family that truly made us feel welcomed. We'd try for this place again if we come back as a group!

Beautiful Home & Location

This property is beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location. The hosts were wonderful, and the house had every amenity one could expect. Cocoa Beach is an ideal place for a relaxing family vacation. We even watched a couple of rocket launches from the beach!

Awesome stay in Cocoa Beach

This property is truly amazing. I’ve rented many VRBO’s over the years, and this property tops the list. The attention to detail by the owners is outstanding. Everything you need for a beach vacation is available at the house, and is in perfect condition. This was by far the best beach vacation my family has ever experienced. Frannie is truly a pleasure to work with, and is an outstanding host If you are planning a visit to Cocoa Beach, do yourself a favor and consider this property. My family is already planning our return for next year.

50th wedding anniversary celebrations

We had a wonderful week celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary! We loved the views and easy access to the beach and spent most of our days up there. There was tons of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that was appreciated. Pool is large and a great spot to hang out as well. The house was spacious and allowed us all a place to relax (6 adults, 4 children). The kids loved the bunk room. We all enjoyed sitting together on the large comfy couch watching the Olympics. We did a day trip to Disney and watched a sunrise rocket launch from cape Canaveral. Owners very responsive.

BEST PLACE IN COCOA BEACH!!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, it accommodated our family wonderfully!! They have EVERYTHING you need from kitchen appliances to pool and beach toys, fans, seating it’s unreal! The hosts were amazing to us and offered accommodations when our flight got canceled!! Extremely gracious they even had snacks for us when we arrived after midnight!! We absolutely loved this home on the beach and hope we get the opportunity to stay again it was PERFECT!! THANK YOU!

Family reunion

This was awesome for our family of 13 (3 grandbabies ages 3, 20 & 9 months). Our 4 kids are scattered over 4 states so this was our reunion since 2018 plus a “65” birthday gift to be together for a week; & the best form of medicine as I begin radiation for breast cancer as soon as we returned home. We booked this over a year ago & didn’t know if it could still happen after my diagnosis in February, but doctor said go & heal the heart & soul. Beach, sun & family, the best! There was so much to do with the pool, beach, games, outdoor areas, putting green, all the pool & beach toys. The house was big enough inside & out for everyone. It was perfect for us. In saying that, we did have a few issues. The pool was so nice but had chemical issues & was very cloudy and dirty. Pool company came five times so after a chemical dump, we had to not use it for a few hours each time. They told us that the week before something had happened from another visitor & they were having a hard time getting it fixed. The oven was super Smokey every time we used it & even saw flames so we did the self clean cycle & vacuumed it out which helped. The kitchen is huge, but the smallest microwave ever, cabinets falling apart, and drawers/cabinets pretty disorganized. A refrigerator in garage for such a big house would be helpful. We own rental property in AZ & appreciate suggestions. Property managers responded quickly; sweet & helpful. We would stay again no question even with issues.

Cocoa Beach Family Vacation

We had a great time. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 kids under 6. House had plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool was key for everyone. Plenty of beach and pool necessities, chairs, umbrellas, floaties etc. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend! Fran and Dom were accessible and wonderful hosts.

Great Week at a Great House

Our quite large family group had a great week at this home--this was our 2nd stay in two years. Communication with the hosts was easy and responses were always prompt. The 6 bedrooms fit us very well, having the beach (and all the provided beach equipment) right outside the door was perfect. Also, we spent a lot of quality time in the pool. The kitchen equipment (and all the extra towels!) provided was very helpful, and the location close (but not too close) to the town of Cocoa Beach made it easy to get around, but to still feel like we had our own private beach. We would definitely stay again!

Another Great Family Spring Break

Three generations of family together for a week is great. Do at a beach house with heated pool and it becomes priceless. We loved all of the outdoor seating options - sun, shade, in a group, by yourself, by the pool, listening to the ocean. There was something for everyone. Same goes for indoor options - the entire family together in the living/great room or off by ourselves. The countertop between the dining room and kitchen was perfect for setting out dinners and letting everyone build their own plates. We ate outside every night which made clean up especially convenient. Reached out to the owners from the airport inquiring about coming back next year.

Amazing stay

Everything about this experience was great from the beginning to the end. The property is exactly as described and Fran and Dom are very responsive to any needs you may have. The house is situated so that it can be enjoyed either in the front or the back depending on weather and wind conditions. Bedrooms are large and we had plenty of room for pack and play cribs in two of them. The pool was wonderful and temp was bumped up a little due to cold air temperatures. Master bedroom is magnificent with gorgeous ocean views. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful Week with Family

Top notch, all around. The location is even better than advertised. The beach is yards away, with numerous restaurants and grocery stores needing just a short drive. The house itself was perfect for a large group with two master bedrooms, a gigantic hang area, big dining room, and large pool. The pool and foosball tables were also great, but the amount of quality gear for the beach (tents, umbrellas, chairs, games, etc.) made the stay that much more enjoyable. Responsiveness of host during stay was also very quick. They even delivered an ironing board to us when we couldn’t find one in the house. A family vacation we won’t forget!

great host and property in Cocoa Beach

We stayed for a week at this property with our family, a total of 14 people. The property was perfect for us. Beach in front is fantastic, and the lay out of house gave us plenty of room to be together or split up into smaller groups. The home is very well appointed with necessities, toys, and gear. Fran the host is great, we plan to go back next year.

Best house and hosts ever!

We just got back from a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach. The oceanfront home has everything that was needed for a family group of 13/14 ( using the bunk beds).. Lots of beach accessories, toys, chairs, boogie boards ect were easily found in the garage. Beautiful pool for night swimming or when the little ones got tired of being tossed by the waves. Lots of regular towels and beach towels were available to use and a first floor washer and dryer nearby made it easy to wash and reuse. The listing was on target - 2 bedrooms upstairs and 4 downstairs.; 2 Tv's ( living room and bunk room) We were also very fortunately to see 3 night time launches! We contacted the owner several times both before and during our visit and they were always prompt and helpful in their communication, could not have asked for more. If we come to this area again, we would definitely stay there.
