Diese 5th Floor Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2017 komplett aktualisiert. Wohnung wurde komplett mit allen neuen Möbeln renoviert. Dieses 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, 900 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf Marco Island, Florida, direkt gegenüber dem JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, Golf Club & Spa. Es gibt Zugang zum Strand direkt über die Straße von der Wohnung, die selten auf Marco Island ist. Diese Einheit ist im 5. Stock mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko. Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend !! Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kabel-TV (1 TV im Familienzimmer und 1 im Schlafzimmer), 1 Ausziehcouch mit Luftmatratze, 1 Badezimmer mit Küche (beide mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten aktualisiert), einem Ess- und Wohnzimmer Bereiche. Great Experience

Jim's condo was very clean, roomy, nicely decorated, and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. The beach path is right across the street and only takes a minute or two to walk to the beach which is beautiful! I also liked the keyless entry and security of using a code to get into the premises. The bed was very comfortable. Jim was very prompt in getting back to me if we had questions, which I really appreciated. He was also very friendly, and prior to our trip had sent us many suggestions for dining and things to do. We would definitely recommend his condo and visiting Marco Island.

Great Location!

We had a conference at the JW Marriott and decided to find someplace else to stay instead of the Hotel. This was just a few minute walk! It is a nice condo, perfect for a couple. Had a few questions when we arrived but got a response quickly plus some great restaurant recommendations! Beach access is just across the street. Honestly, it was a perfect location for our visit to Marco Island!

We had a great time and the owners are extremely organized and nice. The condo is in a perfect location and we jotted just across the street every night to see the beautiful sunsets. This condo is just as advertised, beach access just across the street. Owner was very helpful with all questions in fact he went above and beyond which most condo owners don’t do when we arrived he called to make sure everything was good. Don’t get that at most places. This condo is on my must return list

Great condo and perfect location

We stayed for 5 nights in April. From beginning to end the experience was great. Jim was very responsive and provided some great dining and entertainment options. The condo is as described and right across from the Marriott. We spent several days in the Marriott pool and had full access to the tiki bar. We're still not sure if we were allowed to use the pool since everyone had wrist bands, but no one ever said anything. Drinks at the tiki bar can be paid with cash or card. We did find that we had to rewash some of the dishware, but we would do that anywhere. The beach chairs/umbrellas/buggy cart were great to have so we didn't have to bake in the sun while at the beach. The location and rental rate (compared to Marriott) are outstanding and you have access to the Marriott property. From the beach it's a nice leisurely walk to Tigertail beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. It is very comfortable and in an excellent location. We attended a workshop across the street at the JW Marriott. Super easy to get to from this condo. Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants in both directions. The owner is easily accessible and enjoyable to converse with. We will absolutely stay here again!

WONDERFUL!!!

We really appreciated that the furnishings, linens, dishes, etc. were of good quality. So many times we have stayed in rentals that are furnished with old, broken, dirty, cheap, etc. furnishings. This condo had an amazingly comfortable bed as well! That is not something abundantly found when renting condos/houses. Jim was super responsive to us, always available if we needed anything. Condo was very clean. The location is wonderful, beach access literally right across the beach.

Great condo and location

Jim's property on Marco Island is very clean, bright, and quiet. Because we like to cook most of our meals while on vacation, we were delighted to see that Jim's kitchen has everything we needed to prepare our dinners. The view of the Gulf is limited due to the tall buildings and trees between the condo's west-facing windows and the beach, but it is a short and easy walk to the beach. We visited just before Christmas, and unfortunately the weather was not conducive to spending much time on the shore although it is a beautiful beach and the location is great for visiting a variety of interesting nearby sites. We did not use any of the beach equipment, but it looked like everything was there to enable vacationers an easy, fun time on the beach. When we had questions for Jim about the property once we arrived, he was very quick to get back to us. We would highly recommend his unit to anyone looking to enjoy Marco Island and Naples, the Gulf, or the Everglades.

Awesome location across from beach.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Jim (the owner) was was very helpful and checked we were comfortable. There was a nice balcony with wonderful view where we could enjoy the sunsets and see the ocean. Marco Island feel was very relaxing but elegant. The beaches were covered with beautiful sea shells and the weather each day was in the mid to upper 70s. This is a place I hope to return to often in the coming years.

Highly recommend, great location

Stayed in this condo for 4 nights over the New Year's holiday and highly recommend when staying on Marco Island. The condo is very well maintained, extremely clean, well stocked (had every single thing we could have possibly needed), and comfortably furnished with high quality furniture, including the porch/balcony tables and chairs, and beach chairs. Parking is nearly at your door and the beach access is right across the street, with a beautiful walk along a tree-lined paved sidewalk and boardwalk to the sand. WinnDixie and Publix are a mile away and many nice restaurants are within walking distance (try Joey D's Italian Restaurant - great pizza!). We have stayed at the JW Marriott in previous years (smallest room) at the same time of year, and paid more than double what we paid for the condo (not including Marriott resort fees and parking!) We enjoyed a full kitchen and all the amenities we needed and we were right across the street. You can still take advantage of all of the restaurants and shops at the Marriott and walk back across the street to relax in a spacious condo. The pool is heated and a perfect end to a day on the beach. There is a washer and dryer on each floor and the hours on the door say they are open from 8 AM to 9 PM but I'm not sure if they ever really lock the door. I only ran into one other person doing laundry and it didn't interfere with my loads. Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a rental. Jim is wonderful to work with and you can tell how much he wants you to have a great time. It was a perfect, relaxing vacation. We will be back!

We love Marco Island and have been vacationing here for years. The beaches are amazing, and the island has a tropical feel. We purchased this property because of the location to the public beach access directly across the street. The views from the condo are fantastic! You can see the Gulf from the living and dining areas and the channel from the front door. The building is very well maintained and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
