Welcome to our spacious Penthouse at Casa Blanca Golf Villas! Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit is the perfect vacation rental for big groups or families. Located on the 6th floor, you'll have stunning views of the ocean and the resort from our extra-large, furnished patio. Each of the 4 bedrooms features comfortable Queen sized beds, with an additional day bed and trundle in both the Master bedroom and living area. This Penthouse can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Two of the bathrooms include big tubs and stand up showers for your convenience. The beach is just a short walk through the resort's eighteen-hole putting course. Our unit boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, including granite countertops and all appliances for your use. You'll have everything you need, including a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, coffee maker, blender, toaster, garbage disposal, trash compactor, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware. Enjoy filtered water from the Reverse Osmosis water system at the sink and ice maker in the fridge. For entertainment, there's a smart TV in the living room to stream channels and a Fiber Optic Wi-Fi.
Casa Blanca Golf Villas is a gated community with great amenities for guests, including access to the four swimming pools, one of which is right alongside the beach with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. You can also take advantage of the eighteen-hole putting course, exercise trail, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in the picnic areas, and beach volleyball court. And of course, don't forget about the public beach access with palapas and palm trees. Your comfort and satisfaction is our top priority.

Casa Blanca Golf Villas is conveniently located in the Sandy Beach area, surrounded by other high-rise resorts. Take a short drive into town to experience all the fresh seafood restaurants, bars, and shopping Puerto Peñasco has to offer.
Please keep in mind that as guests, it is important to obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA. Wristbands must be worn at all times during your stay and will be provided upon check-in. When booking your reservation, please make sure to provide the total number of guests staying in the condo.

Access internet with network and password on router
Make sure that all guests are wearing Resort wristbands at all times during your stay.
Keep sliding doors closed when AC/Heat is turned on.
Follow Resort rules posted on the refrigerator.
Respect your neighbors, no music or noise after 11:00 pm
No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.
Please remove all trash from kitchen and bathrooms. Trash dumpsters are located in parking lots. There are extra garbage bags under kitchen sink.
