Family Reunion

Spacious home, great value, excellent onsite amenities. We spent a day at Palisades Reservoir, attended the Manti Temple, and competed in a Sanpete County Amazing Race while connecting to our pioneer heritage. Only issues was a few doorknobs that were not functioning well.

Charming and clean

Our extended family of 25 absolutely loved staying at the Manti retreat. Everyone loved the pickle ball court and the little ones enjoyed the playground. We were so close to Main Street where we enjoyed watching the July 4th parade and eating ice cream from the candy shop. From the front lawn you could see the local fireworks show and the neighbors even put on a bigger display for us to enjoy! The home had plenty of space for each of us. It was very clean and charming! The porch was always a go to for reading, watching the sports court, or just enjoying the temple view. Communication with the owner always went smoothly. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing such a lovely place for us to visit.

Perfect Reunion Spot!

This was the perfect space for our large group. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms and so much to do for all ages! The kids loved the theater room, pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, play room under the stairs, basketball/pickleball court, and the play set. The home was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the host was responsive, the yard was big and beautiful…everyone had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. It’s also great that it’s in a quiet neighborhood just 12 minutes from both Walmart and Palisade Lake. We would love to go back again some day!

Family Reunion Heaven

24 of us enjoyed a 4-day family reunion in this beautiful spacious mansion!! Pickleball, basketball, hot tub, video games, big screen movies, room to run around outside, comfy beds, prompt response by hosts, wonderfully equipped kitchen, playground for kids, porch for sitting, AND beautiful, historic and scenic Manti and surrounding communities. Absolutely lovely!

We stayed here with our church group. Just… wow! So many things to do, so much room for everybody, so many choices. We were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen and the AWESOME pantry next to it that provided all the prep room we needed. The two fridges were wonderful. Our group had such a bonding experience and it was in part due to the special feeling in the house. There was an AC issue since we were the first group of the hot weather/summer season, but they sent an AC guy right over and it was fixed. We had been told of the 10pm curfew, but the neighbor opened his window at 9:00 straight up and piped loud rock music in our direction until we went inside. Hint received! But no problem—there was plenty of room to gather together when we went inside. Thanks for providing this property! We want to come again!!

Great Family Reunion Spot

My large family has a reunion every summer. When it was my turn to plan I was looking for somewhere all the adults in our group could have their own rooms with plenty of space for the kids to spread out. This location worked great! The home is immaculate! Everything was very clean! Take caution that most of the decor and furnishings are very nice so if you have a large group or lots of young people you'll need to be careful. We used the theater room to watch old home movies and look at past reunion slide shows. Hooking up our own devices was tricky but we figured it out. We used the large lawn for games and volleyball and the little ones loved the small outdoor playground as well as the toy nook downstairs. The pickelball court was still under construction on our visit but we brought our own net and set it up on the large driveway. There was plenty of parking for our group. My only minor complaint would be that the kitchen was under stocked for such a large house. We used our own paper/plastic for meals but there weren't many large pots for preparing food, large bowls for serving, or serving/cooking utensils to accommodate our group. That said the pantry is huge to accommodate all the things/food you bring from home. The property owner was great to answer questions in planning our stay. To help future guests not from the area, we visited Maple Box Canyon for 2 great hikes and spent one day at the Palisade Park where the kids swam, kayaked and cliff jumped. Great visit!

Amazing Find!

This house was a fantastic discovery! All the beds were comfortably sized for adults, and the space was more than sufficient for our corporate event. Even with 18 people, including during our breakout sessions, the space never felt too crowded. The house's charming, historical ambiance really enhanced our experience! My team thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the delightful backstory of the house.

A perfect getaway!

I don't know if words will adequately describe how great this place was! We had a son doing his Senior Concert at Snow College so a bunch of us got together to support him at the concert. We stayed two days and made great use of the hot tub, sports court and the theatre room. Excellent placement for Snow College events - far enough to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. The furniture was comfortable and the layout allowed plenty of space for our 23 people without anyone tripping over each other. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/cooking items. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fantastic! My only complaint is that I didn't book it for more days... I didn't want to leave. Thank you so much to the hosts- there has been a fair amount of challenges for our family over the past little bit and all of us left rested and recharged. Much needed.

Great stay

We enjoyed this house and all it's amenities. Having enough beds and room to spread out was great. Having a sports court, ping pong, pool table, theater room, hot tub, fire pit, playground, made the stay even better. We didn't have any kids with us this trip, but we would love to bring them and stay again. It was easy to work with the property manager, and the communication was great. We are grateful when we can find a place that we can both enjoy and afford still.

Incredible place for a large group.

We booked this place for the high school mtn race. We ended up with 27 people for two nights and this property was perfect for our needs. The kids played ping pong, basketball, pool while the parents simply hung out in the family room and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of bathrooms and bedrooms it was so fun. Hope to stay here again for the next time we race in Manti.

A Great Home!

This was a wonderful home! It has everything you need & is in an excellent location.The home is laid out beautifully with everything you need & with plenty of private room for all to enjoy. We were able to ride our ATV's straight into town & onto the trails! Rachel was excelent to work with. I'll surely rent this home again when in Manti!!

Huge house with lots to do

Had a great time on a family reunion. More than enough space for everyone and lots to do - even more than what’s listed on the description. There’s a private playground and nice basketball hoop with a big driveway…anyway, just exactly what you’d want in a reunion home.

Beautiful house

We loved our stay for our family reunion. Everything was exactly as described. The place is big enough for everyone to have their own space. We loved having access to the 3 car garage, along with the house. The master suite is incredible!! I can’t say enough good about this beautiful house.

I was born and raised in Manti in the home 2 doors south of the Manti Retreat. This home was my mother’s dream home that my father made come true in 1999 to finish raising their family in. This home has been filled with kids, grand kids family & love for 25 years. We love keeping this home in the family and sharing with others to experience our beautiful town with others.

This 8000 sq ft home is perfect for big families to make memories in. The theater room, game room, large lawn and sports court provide a ton to do. Ride side by sides right from the house to the mouth of the canyon.
