Bachelor. Sleeping 14 people, with a semi-attached casita, this house is perfect for family gatherings! The outside is truly special, with 2 large deck areas, a hot tub, and a gazebo. Miles of mountain bike trails beckon, and kayaking/paddleboard adventures await!

The Space:
This large and airy home sits on .86 acres and offers plenty of space both indoors and out. The main living space features 18-foot vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan with tons of windows bringing the outside in. There are four bedrooms, including an in-law suite, which is separated from the main house by the welcoming breezeway. The kitchen and dining area open to the sunroom and the expansive back deck. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and access to the side and back deck area.

The main level of the home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. This home has a full kitchen, dining area that seats 6, living room, and sunroom for enjoying that morning coffee before the rest of the house wakes. Enjoy a quiet and slow paddle on the Spring River directly from the house, in the provided two kayaks.

Upstairs you will find the master suite with a King bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. There’s also a loft with a sleeper sofa and desk space with a lovely view of the river.

The mother-in-law unit has a large bedroom with a king bed, a living space with a TV, and a 2 sleeper sofa as well as a full bathroom. Attached to the mother-in-law unit is the garage which has a nice game room above it with a TV gaming console and foosball, plus plenty of books and board games.
