Ein wunderschönes privates Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern für Ihren Urlaub oder Kurzurlaub im exklusiven Tara Golf & Country Club. Dieses schöne, helle und luftige Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es verfügt über 3 Flachbildfernseher Netflix. Es bietet einen großen privaten, beheizten Pool in einer sehr großen Veranda mit Blick auf das 12. Fairway des Tara Golf & Country Club. Die Veranda und der Pool haben den ganzen Tag über Sonnenschein oder Sie können zu Ihrem Schutz auch den schattigen Teil der Veranda aufsuchen. Sie können auch den olympischen Pool, die Tennisplätze und das Fitnessstudio in unserem privaten Club nutzen. Unser Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Dieses Haus verfügt über neue Geräte, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu verbessern. Wir haben eine Doppelgarage und Platz für 6 Personen bequem. Nutzen Sie unser Büro, Drucker-Scanner-Kopierer, Highspeed-Internet, WLAN und kostenlose Ferngespräche.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über reichlich Kommoden, einen 42-Zoll-HD-Fernseher, Blu-ray-DVD-Player, zwei begehbare Kleiderschränke und ein sehr komfortables Kingsize-Bett. Das Bad ist mit einem separaten Whirlpool, zwei Waschbecken und einer sehr großen begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett mit einem großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, einen 32-Zoll-HD-Fernseher und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine Dusche / Badewanne. Unser Essbereich bietet Platz für 6-8 Personen bequem. Unser Haus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuem Herd, neuem Kühlschrank, neuem Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und einem Wasserfiltersystem. Es ist hübsch eingerichtet mit 3 HD-Flachbildfernsehern, 2 DVDs, Kabelfernsehen, Highspeed-Internet, WiFi, kostenlosen Ferngesprächen in die USA und nach Kanada, neuer Waschmaschine, neuem Trockner und voll klimatisiert mit Feuchtigkeitskontrolle.
Wir haben alle Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, Bettwäsche und Bettwäsche, die Sie benötigen. Kommen Sie einfach und amüsieren Sie sich.

this house was amazing! it was exactly as shown in pictures. it was nicely decorated and had all the amenities you need for your stay. Jack was super easy to deal with and always responded promptly when we reached out to him. He was very accommadating and we were even able to check in earlier due to the airlines changing our flight time which was so helpful. the heated pool was wonderful and the neighborhood very nice and you feel safe

Gulf Coast Paradise

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay along the Florida gulf coast, look no further! The home is immaculately clean, has everything you could ever need (including the private pool , bbq, and jetted tub), and is just a short drive away from countless attractions and must-do activities. Jack makes the booking, check-in, and check-out process seamless and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay at his home. My wife and I cannot wait for the chance to stay here again and can't recommend it enough to others!

Family Friendly Vacation Home

We stayed at the Tara Golf and Country Club home for two weeks in June. We had a great stay. Our 6 and 9 year old spent many hours in the pool while my husband and I worked on/off. It was very comfortable and clean. The house had everything we needed even down to beach toys, floats, and towels. We didn't spend much time in Lakewood Ranch, drove to Lido or Siesta Key Beach most nights and weekends which was approx 35 mins away. The development also had a community pool which was very nice as well as a fitness center. We would highly recommend staying here for a family getaway to the Sarasota area.

Best Florida Vacation Ever!

Just have to say Jacks home made our family vacation special. The home and area were very clean, pool was amazing and house just has a home away from home feel. Found all of the amenities we needed. Location is close to shopping and interstate. Jack checked in to make sure we were settled and again near the end of our stay. Lots of attention to detail on the home owners part to ensure our stay was great! We want to stay here again next time we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful place

The property is beautiful. The house is clean and comes stocked with different things you need. The pool is very nice and there is pool items. We loved the area. It is a nice neighborhood and quiet. The beaches are not far of a drive from the house. There were beaches chairs and things for kids to take to the beach. Jack is awesome and calls you the day you arrive and before you leave. Making sure everything is good and answering any questions you may have. Definitely will be coming back. My whole family loved it here.

Very nice house

The house itself was wonderful. Neighbors were a bit nosy, but you can’t help that. Very well stocked with all your essentials and must haves. Pool was very well heated and the kids loved it. Went for walks along the neighborhood sidewalk during the day and was super nice. Very close to a few restaurants. Owner called right when we arrived and after our stay and was very communicative. Would definitely rent again when we come back to visit our family.

Great Home for Golf Lovers

We stayed at this home for one month. We loved the two large sliding walls that open the lanai covered pool and eating area to the rest of the home. It was a great place to relax after a day of golf or activities. The pool is heated via solar heating so the temperature in Feb was between 65 and low 70's. Always warm enough to swim. The house layout is great if you have guests or want to make an office out of one room. The master bedroom is separated from the two guest bedrooms so there is good mutual privacy. The kitchen, den, breakfast area is one open concept which we love so we can watch TV while cooking. They provide plenty of appliances for creative cooking. If ever we decide to purchase in the area, we would purchase a home just like this one.

Very nice retreat

We very much enjoyed our month stay. The house is located in a very friendly community with a ideal layout for a family visit. Bradenton was the perfect spot to explore in every direction - to the zoo, beaches and parks. The house had all needed supplies and Jack is very responsive. We really want to give the property a five star rating, but have to leave it at four due to the pool situation. The listing indicated a heated pool, but it was not clear that it was solar panel heated. We chose this house over others due to how it was marketed. During our month visit, the house pool was only warm enough a few times and the days we got to enjoy it the neighbors complained about the noise. We resorted to the short walk to the club house pool as a result, but unfortunately that pool was kept cool as well! Very disappointing since we thought we would have more privacy and take advantage of the warm days at the house.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Perfect place to stay when looking for a relaxing getaway. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc., whatever you needed. Home was stocked with paper products so you didn't have to rush out and buy them immediately upon your arrival, just replace what you used prior to leaving. Owner was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Very nice location. Would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful be fully furnished. Bonus: there is a Publix and Walmart within 5 minutes. Go to Detweiler’s for fresh produce and meat. We specially enjoyed the pool and lanai. We bought an echo dot, connected it to the WiFi and listened to music while outside. This home also has 2 bikes. We rode almost every day. The Smart TV’s are easy to use and have the ability for one to sign into your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the couch at night and watching a movie. We are beach lovers! This home has 2 coolers for your beverages, food, etc. It also has beach towels and chairs. You have to furnish your own umbrella, which is a must! The owner has great communication skills and was very thorough with rental instructions and how to access and depart from the house. He even called and checked on us to welcome us and make sure everything was ok. This home inspired my wife to start looking to buy our own home in the area. She realized that this is what life would be like in our own home. This was the first time we rented a house for our Florida vacation. We would stay here again because it is a home away from home!

Great pool home in Bradenton

This was our second time renting this home and it didn’t disappoint. This pool home is clean, well appointed, comfortable and had everything you need for the kitchen. The area feels very safe and has quick freeway access but without the freeway noise. Pool was warm and large and we spent time enjoying it each day. Plenty of retail nearby for groceries or takeout. If fortunate enough, we would definitely rent it again.

Love this house!

This house is very nice, clean and very well maintained. The property is located in a great safe neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and handy to I 75. Country club amenities are available for your use and the location of the house is ideal for walking or running. The house is equipped with everything needed for a great vacation stay, from a nice pool and gas grill to cable TV even a Kuerig coffee maker. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is very nice as well as clean. Vacation rentals don't get much better than this one. We are looking forward to renting this home again in the future.

Beautiful spacious home. Very clean. In a lovely neighbourhood.

Our first impression was that this house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Lovely and spacious. The pool was lovely and quiet with a nice outlook. Sunny all day. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed. The master suite is spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. We also used the clubhouse gym and swimming pool everyday and felt very welcome by other users of the clubhouse. Dealing with Jack the owner was very easy and he answered emails almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a retired professional couple from Canada. We love to golf and enjoy the warm Florida weather. We are also snow birds who still like to alpine ski, so we share our winters between snow country and the warmth of our Tara home.

We rented in the Tara Golf & Country Club community for 6 years before we purchased our home. We were attracted by the great golf course, friendly people, beautiful weather, convenience to shopping and entertainment and access to Interstate 75 for quick travel to many different areas and events.

A beautiful home with a private setting. Enjoy the lovely warm pool and relax in the sun or the shade. Located in a safe, friendly community consisting mainly of retired couples and young families. There are over 45 golf courses near by. Enjoy golf, tennis, fitness center, biking, fishing, boating, the theatre performances, Ringling Museum of Art, the Mote Aquarium, shopping, entertainment and the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. The closeness to Interstate 75 allows you to attend the Tampa Bay Rays (baseball), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (football) and the Tampa Bay Lightning (hockey). For longer stays, we can transfer our membership to the private golf course to you so that you can use the amenities of the private club and enjoy free golf as members during your stay.
