Welcome to our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home where no expense has been spared. This stunning retreat offers ample space for your entire group, with skylights flooding the home with natural light and each floor providing its own picturesque views of nature. With a myriad of amenities, games, and relaxation areas, you may find yourself wanting to spend your entire stay simply enjoying the comforts of this exceptional home.

The Space:
Collaborating with a local designer, we have completely remodeled this home, infusing it with a sophisticated modern interior design. The living room is a perfect blend of tasteful style and comfort, featuring a deep-seated couch where you can unwind and indulge in your favorite streaming service on the Smart TV.

Both the upstairs deck and the backyard offer ideal settings for enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding La Mesa hillsides. Whether you choose to lounge by the pool, engage in a lively game of ping pong, or savor a glass of wine on the sectional deck seating, this home provides something for everyone.

Each bedroom is adorned with luxurious 100% cotton linens, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep for all. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first guest room also offers a king bed, while the second guest room provides a queen bed. The third guest room includes a double bed, and the fourth guest room offers both a twin and a double bed. For those working remotely, multiple workspaces and a high-speed 200mbps internet connection are at your disposal.

Guest Access:
My guests will have access to all the space shown in the photos. Additionally, there is a small orchard of fruit trees in the lower yard that is not pictured. The laundry room in the garage is accessible for laundry, but not parking in cars.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in the rolling hills of San Diego County, La Mesa is known as the Jewel of the Hills. A near perfect year-round climate, tree-lined streets, walkable neighborhoods, easy access to retail and commercial areas, and a quaint downtown village make La Mesa a highly desirable community in which to live and work.

Getting Around:
You're welcome to park on the street in front of the home. It takes about 15 minutes to get anywhere in San Diego from the home by car. Alternative transportation options are Lyft, Uber or the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the following: the pool is not heated and a technician will enter the backyard of the home once weekly to service the pool. Additionally, we have a landscaper who comes to work on the front and back yards twice a month. Lastly, it is possible that you will hear noise from the nearby high school if there is a game being played in their outdoor stadium.

The garage is not accessible to guests to park a car, but street parking is convenient out front.

While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

LOCALS
• Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord, and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of San Diego). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.

SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers, have an easy-to-follow website that allows you to compare and contrast each policy or e-mail details to yourself, and offer a wide range from standard policies to 5 star coverage. If you do a quick online search it should pop up.

Fantastic time!!
This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and well organized. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Many of the comforts of home including several of the small things I have not found in other rental properties. Great communication and problem solving. The only problem at all was getting signed into the wifi and that was solved within about an hour. Very impressed! Will stay there again if we vacation in San Diego again.
