*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time.

*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.
Late check-out is only applicable if requested.
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.
This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

Please note this property is a duplex which includes two units in the building. The unit downstairs is also a short term rental unit, so please be respectful.
