This condo is fully furnished with the warm, welcoming comforts of home to provide a wonderful, relaxing stay. The unit is perfect for readers of all ages with a variety of books and magazines available during your stay. A small view of the ocean is visible from a portion of the balcony.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom (950 sq ft) condo is located on the 5th floor on the south side of the Myrtle Beach Resort's "A Building". The unit sleeps up to 6 people. We provide bed linens and towels for your convenience! The balcony has a partial view of the ocean. It is open and spacious. There is a mounted flat screen tv in the living room that offers a premium cable package with on demand movies and television shows. A full sleeper sofa is also located in the living room, as well as a comfortable love seat. The coffee table is on casters and provides shelf space on the bottom! The master bedroom offers a wonderful queen bed. The closet is equipped with hangers. There is a tub/shower combo in the master bathroom. The stylish vanity offers additional storage space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a book nook, and closet. The tv in the second bedroom has a premium cable package. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and a stylish vanity with storage under the sink. Both bathrooms are equipped with bath and hand towels, as well as wash cloths and individually wrapped facial wipes.
The kitchen is open and spacious with stainless steel appliances. It features a blender, toaster, and cookware. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, dishes and drinkware.

-------------------- The A Building --------------------
The Myrtle Beach Resort's oceanfront A Building is the northernmost building on the property. To the east you will find the oceanfront pool and the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean! To the west you will find the seasonal (not open year round) lazy river/splash pad, and west end pool. The building and surrounding parking lot are maintained by the A Building maintenance team. Approximately 375 parking spaces surround the A Building providing ample parking for authorized guests. There are ramps and stairs into the first floor of the raised A Building (directions to the nearest ramp are sent in the check in information the morning of your stay). Unit numbers are marked on each door (low numbers to high from east to west in the building - even numbers on the south side and odd numbers on the north). 2 parking passes can be found in the condo upon arrival - parking passes must be left in the condo upon check out. There are three elevators and 4 stairwells within the building. Sundecks for all guests to enjoy are located on the 5th floor that offer great sunrise and sunset views, as well as relaxing sunning during the day! Each floor has a coin operated laundry room (just before the middle elevator) with a change machine in the third floor laundry room. The oceanfront A building’s trash bins are located at each of the exits. The common areas of the building are surveilled using recording devices maintained by Myrtle Beach Resort security.

-------------------- RESORT/CONDO ACCESS --------------------
Check in information is sent to guests the morning of check in. This information gives the address as well as detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door.
As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement (House Rules), a subsequent message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged).
Guests can access all open amenities on property without wristbands/bracelets/keys.

-------------------- PARKING --------------------
If you are driving, 2 parking passes are available during your stay. A parking fee will be collected by security upon arrival. The fee, $5 per vehicle per day (or $50 per month from April-September and $30 per month from October-March), can be paid with a credit or debit card (cash payments will not be accepted) and is retained by The Myrtle Beach Resort. This fee is non-refundable.

Myrtle Beach Resort has much to offer for fun in the sun! Besides easy access to the beautiful Atlantic ocean you'll find: 6 pools (both indoor pools and outdoor), hot tubs, a lazy river, splash zone for kids, playground, basketball and tennis courts, a life sized chess/checkers board, and putt putting green! The Quarterdeck - a beach front restaurant located on property features live music or karaoke (almost) nightly.
Restaurants and other resort amenities are subject to closing without notice.

The A Building Oceanfront pool is open year-round 9am-10pm (Closing earlier during the winter)
The West End Pool and Lazy River (SEASONAL) is open from 9am - 10pm during the summer. Closing for both is scheduled for October 15th, which could also vary depending on weather conditions.
The clubhouse and swim through pool is open from 9am - 10pm year-round (closing earlier during the winter)
The 6000 pool is open from 9am - 10pm (closing earlier during the winter)
The B Building pool is open year-round from 9am-10pm (closing earlier during the winter)

-------------------- PETS --------------------
NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT.
- Service animals are permitted, but they must be registered with the building manager 30 days in advance of your stay at the resort.
If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you will not be permitted into the resort. You will have to contact your host so you can complete and submit the proper paperwork. The security guards are NOT able to assist in this regard.
If you bring an unregistered animal on property, you can be fined $500 and you will be evicted from the resort.

The Myrtle Beach Resort is gated and also has 24-hour security. There are recording devices throughout the resort's common areas. These devices are actively recording and are monitored by Myrtle Beach Resort security personnel.

- Check in: 4:00 pm EST (unless otherwise arranged)
- Check out: 10:00 am EST (unless otherwise arranged)
- Minimum age requirement: 25 years of age
- Animals are not allowed on resort property or in the condo at any time per HOA rules.
- Items in storage containers under beds are not for guest use. Additional charges applied if used.
- Smoking is prohibited. Guests can access smoking areas on the ground level.
- Parties are prohibited.
- Maintenance will need access to the unit on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for routine pest control. Refusal will lead to additional charges.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed.
- Should the key be lost or stolen, guest will pay to have the lock rekeyed ($100).
- In the event a guest is removed from the property, a refund will not be granted.
- Amenity closures and service interruptions, while rare, can sometimes occur. These instances are unavoidable and are out of the control of the host. Closures/outages do not warrant a refund of any kind.
- Security will collect and retain the parking fee at the gate upon first entry. The parking fee cannot be waived and is nonrefundable.

* Before checkout (10am unless otherwise arranged) all guests need to:
- Remove all used towels and wash cloths and place them in the provided hamper.
- Load and start the dishwasher using the provided cleaning products.
- Turn off appliances.
- Dispose of unwanted food items in the fridge.
- Take out the trash.
