Fully furnished with everything you'll need for the perfect beach get away. Condo includes: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, smart TV's in e, new bathrooms / fixtures, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, and outdoor patio.

Master bedroom has ensuite full bathroom, queen bed and access to the front balcony.
Secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Patio overlooks lagoon and court yard with path that leads to pool.

Great Location and Accommodations

The property is perfectly nestled by the beach with convenient access to everything. It was easy to find and access. The condo was clean, supplied with just about everything you need. The only exception was a washer and dryer, which wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but may be a concern for others. The living space and rooms were comfortable. We never felt cramped, which was great. The only downside was that the space was very dark. Even in the morning, if you don’t turn on every light in the front of the condo, it looked as if it were late afternoon. The pictures that show the condo definitely does not reflect the true lighting of the space. This is the only drawback I have for an otherwise decent space. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The property manager was quick to respond. Although it states this was recently updated they put new tub surrounds in. The unit is very dark with everything done just enough to get by. Beds are very firm. Hot water wasn't working in the bathtub and shower when my wife arrived. The manager did get someone out on late afternoon on Monday. The plug should be changed next to the master bed. This is very loose and could be a fire hazard. For the price We would stay again. We really just needed a place to rest, eat, and sleep. We stay outside most of the time. Thank you Steve for answering so quickly on the issues. Good luck selling the unit.

Great location; needs maintenance

The location is close to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. It was clean and easy to check in and out. However, it was a little dingy and beat up, the temperature was set a little too warm for us at 75F, and the washer/dryer situation was inconvenient. The location/price would definitely overcome these things if we had been traveling with young kids.

Complete Disaster

The condo was very dark and beaten up. Chipped moulding, toilet flooded twice and had to be repaired. Popcorn ceiling flaking. Slider glass was filled with dirt in between panes. We were moved after a week by the property manager to a similar unit in a different building and it was in substantially better shape. This place gets one star. Steve the property manager went above and beyond to relocate us and was top notch to deal with for all our issues. While I can’t recommend this unit, I highly recommend Steve.

Staying with us Xanadu you'll be a three minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling. Hundreds of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining and take out. The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless. In addition, Celebration Park is a walk away and Includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids waterzone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and greenspace for public events.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.
