Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The villa is fully furnished with everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation.

You're 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza the heartbeat of the island with dozens of great restaurants, entertainment, shops and grocery store.

The Space :
Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: washer/ dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, community pool, stocked kitchen, outdoor patio area for relaxing and dining.
For indoor entertainment living room and both bedrooms have big flat screen smart TV's.
Additional bed space includes child portable cot, Pack-n- Play, and queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Things to Know:
For your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Springwood is a non -smoking complex, no smoking is allowed anywhere on the grounds including the parking lot or patio areas.

Detailed check in information will be sent the day prior to arrival. Property manager on call to answer any questions and address any issues that might arise during your stay.

Staying with us at Springwood Villa you'll be a ten minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling.

Hundreds of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining and take out. The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is just 3 blocks away. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.

In addition Celebration Park is 1 block from your villa offering concerts and events. Includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and green space for public events.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). The Breeze trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny Plaza, Shelter Cove and the beach.

Free golf cart shuttles run throughout the Coligny area.
