Welcome to The HTOWN Lodge! We look forward to hosting you, your family, & friends! Our spacious home borders the Heights- This location is perfect for larger groups. All 7 bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms . The home is blocks away from restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife.

The futbol theme and artwork are created by well renowned Houston artist Betirri. Dunyha partners with artists on all our properties.

Check-in time is 4:00pm.

The home is 2 stories with a private garage, and is designed more like a modern BNB. There are 3 ensuites on the 1st floor and 4 ensuites on the 2nd floor. The property is pet friendly and has a small balcony space with an electric grill. There is also a large washer/dryer.

The entire space and garage is for guests. There is a also a detached studio apartment on-site which allows us to service all guests at both our neighboring properties.

We are normally next door onsite if you need any help or recommendations. But texting is always best.

It is central to everything. The parks, galleria, heights, and downtown area are a $6 Uber ride away.
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• No parties or events
• No smoking

If all house rules are observed, and no damage is done, the security deposit will be refunded in full.

This place was everything like the pics showed I enjoyed my stay, nice, clean,

This house is perfect for a large group of adults, we were in Houston for a wedding and this place was perfect for our large group and the plus to all of this everyone had there own bathroom in there room! Omg heaven!!! it’s clean, I will most definitely be staying there if I ever come back to H-town! There was no downfalls but if you are elderly or have someone in your group who is elderly there are a lot of stairs to walk up but if you don’t mind stairs please check this place out and the host is great and responds immediately! I give this place 10 stars

Perfect home for a large group

We rented this home for out of town family to stay for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. The home is clean and tastefully decorated. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was ideal. Located in the Historic Heights was ideal for great dining options. Everyone loved the home!

A lifetime trip

This experience was pure excellence. The stay was great and the host was on ten toes with communication and making sure everything was in order. Due to it being the holiday weekend they’re was many properties who denied my stay due to the amount of people on my birthday trip but, I will say the host at this property did not hesitate in approving after getting an understanding to why I was traveling. My birthday was nothing but greatness and they played a major part in having us somewhere comfortable that felt like home to stay. I will definitely be booking again.

Great!

We stayed here while in Houston for the Livestock Show. We stayed with 4 families total and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. This house is spacious and very nice. We would definitely rent again. The beds are very comfortable and we really liked that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The property manager would respond promptly anytime I had a question. The only small negative things I could mention are the following: the very close proximity to the highway (so there is quite a bit of road noise when outside, but very noticeable inside the house), there is lots of construction on the street (this wasn't bothersome, it just wasn't visibly appealing), and the driveway only fits 2 vehicles (but we were able to park extra vehicles at the end of the street since it's a dead end street). Overall, it's a great place and I highly recommend it for a large group.

Awesome place to stay.. there was no flaws!

Everything looks exactly like in the pictures they are showing. Very spacious, very clean! Rooms & bathrooms are everywhere. It was very comfortable felt like home.

Great stay

This house was perfect for our group! There were 14 of us for a girls weekend and it was so great that each room had its own bathroom and plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this property for any large groups in Houston!

Great space!

I hosted a 2 day team meeting here for my team and the space is beautiful! Full of natural light! The rooms all have queen or king beds! Location to great restaurant and fun events was only a $10-$15 Lyft ride! Great space & I would totally book again!
