This property boasts a large pool and is conveniently located just a short walk from beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and shopping. Additionally, you are only about an hour away from Liberia Airport, making your arrival and departure seamless.

The Space:
This property features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for six. The living room includes a sectional couch and a TV for your enjoyment, with the couch also opening into a sofa bed to accommodate an additional two guests.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample closet space for your convenience.

Comfy Condo

We really enjoyed how quiet the area was, but how close to stores and restaurants we were. Playa Penca was beautiful and the pool had lots of shaded areas and seating available.

The rental was well equipped and clean. The outside and pool area was amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe. The other renters were all very nice. The staff were attentive to our needs also. Great installations and location and good communication

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very easy process to get to the site, very good communication and clear indications from the property management. The installations are in great conditions, clean, comfortable, the only thing I will add is a top to the garbage can, because with time that can impregnates the whole house with bad smell. The common facilities are in excellent conditions. The nearest beach, La Penca is a white sand beach with mostly calm water that have the Bandera Azul price, meaning is a clean beach.

Peaceful & friendly but needs some love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second rental we've stayed in at Casa del Sol. We love the location, friendly staff and community vibe. This unit however needs a lotta love and care. It was very clean but the furnishings are dated, worn and the living room sofa/loveseat have clearly seen some water damage at some point. A/C seems to struggle a bit and doesn't appear very efficient. The unit upstairs from this one is outfitted much nicer in my opinion.
