Unit 501 is PERFECTLY LOCATED at the corner of the 5th floor to view and listen to the sounds of the Ocean. Plenty of Dolphin watching or closing your eyes while relaxing on the oversized DIRECT BEACH FRONT balcony. Lots of privacy and never crowed with only 3 units or less on each floor.

The Pool area is secure and with only 20 units in the building, never crowded. The pool is heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays. Recline around the pool, if you like, in the shade of one of the many PALM Trees, (unusual for Island pools). There is a charcoal grill near the pool.

Take the short board walk over the dunes to the beach (literally steps) where you'll find an umbrella and two chairs set up for you everyday March 1 thru October 31. ALWAYS FREE

All the comforts of home and more. Very private with only 20 units, Cozy and quiet.

The spacious Kitchen/living area has a full view of the Gulf. There are two new leather swivel recliners with a great view of the 55" smart TV (DVD) or swivel around for a magnificent view of the beautiful beach and Gulf waters. It's like sitting on the balcony only in the air conditioning and in wonderfully comfortable chairs.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a 50" Smart TV with DVD player and a walk-in closet. The Bath is roomy with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a 33"smart TV. The second bath is next to bedroom 2 and has a tub/shower combo.

There's a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room, beautiful soft blue leather. The bed is just as comfortable as the super comfortable sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a toaster, a coffee pot with a thermos carafe that can be carried to the balcony. A blender, slow cooker, mixer, and much more.

The Laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. You'll find a few starter laundry products on the shelf. Iron & ironing board are in the closet of bedroom 1

Beautiful driftwood colored, Plank Ceramic floors throughout.
No contact check-in. Go straight from your car to the 5th floor, Unit 501. You'll have your own access code to enter and begin enjoying your time at the beach.

Heaven on Earth - TEN STARS all the way!
Pat's condo is the most beautifully decorated, comfortable and most guest friendly condo I have ever stayed in. We've been coming to that same area for years. This year we wanted to try a new place and I stumbled upon Pat's place at Dune Pointe, and I was so glad I did. It was like coming home. It was super clean and well stocked. Beautiful view from the patio, which is also beautifully decorated, It was perfect! Pat is so very nice and open and a pure joy to talk to. Best week I've had in a very long time!! The weather was a little unstable, but we didn't even care. Cheers to Pat! This is no doubt a place we will be coming back to on a very regular basis! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Vacation at Beach Bliss
Beach Bliss aptly describes this bright, comfortable and well-appointed condo. A long stretch of white sandy beach with chairs and an umbrella waiting for us each morning made this vacation rental feel like a resort. Our host Pat, responded to any questions we had in a fast and friendly manner. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach vacation, situated on the quiet end of the street with plenty of restaurants and sites of interest nearby.

A great getaway
We loved the condo. It was clean and had such cute beach decor. All of the rooms were well stocked - kitchen and laundry room had little extras that made the week easier. The patio was very spacious and had nice furniture as well. Overall - a great week on the beach!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony was perfect and we even saw a few manatees one day. Condo was equipped with everything you would need and we had no issues at all. The beach was great and not overalls crowded due to the small building g. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and let us check in just a little early. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

This was a wonderful property. Easy to communicate with the owner. Loved the location to the beach. Loved that it was a smaller place and the beach was never crowded. Plenty of room for our family, was spacious and clean. If in the area would definitely stay here again.

Just what we were looking for!
The unit was clean and spacious with great amenities right on the beach. We had a great time overall. This building is smaller which makes it nice in terms of privacy. Common areas including the pool never really felt crowded. Due to the pool, it is set back from the dunes compared to the neighboring buildings which cut off the shoreline view a bit . That said, we would gladly stay here again!

Welcome to our home away from home.
My family and I have owned and enjoyed a condo right here on Santa Rosa Blvd for more than 40 years.
Although I am not here as much as I would like, I do enjoy the sand and the sea 2 or 3 times a year. I just recently purchased this fabulous Unit at Dune Pointe and am so excided to share the the great condo and the million dollar view with my guests.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

First and foremost, the view. Sitting on the balcony is truly like sitting on the beach.
I've owned 4 other condos on Santa Rosa Blvd. and I can truly say, I have never felt so close to the beach and the waves. With nearly 1,300 sq. ft. the condo is very roomy and spacious feeling. Most units with this much Sq. footage usually have 3 bedrooms so our extra space is in the living area. I love that there are only 19 other units in the building, only 3 or less units per floor and there is no noise, waiting for the elevator or crowding at the pool.
