Golf can be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

The main bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and en suite full bath. The second floor boasts a second main bedroom with an ensuite and two additional bedrooms.
