This peaceful retreat offers prime access to all the best of the Poconos and comes furnished for family-friendly comfort, with highlights including a game room and private deck complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

After the day's adventures, unwind around the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or head down to the game room for a few rounds of air hockey. You'll also find a full-size fridge and a second living area featuring an additional smart TV downstairs for happy hour entertainment. When it's time to eat, the kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking, and there's plenty of seating between the dining table and the breakfast bar.

Primary guests will enjoy a private en suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The basement-level suite comes furnished for standalone convenience, with a separate entrance, bathroom, and sitting area. All four bedrooms are equipped with a TV for added flexibility.

Things to Know
Two free Big Boulder Lake Club passes are included upon renting this home and allow guests to access the pool, beach, and lake. Guests will need to pay an additional $15 for any extra passes beyond the two that are provided.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
