2 newly redecorated units have a combined 4 bdrms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens on the SECOND floor of a quaint 4-unit building, in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach (sleeps up to 12). The sun-heated pool is right outside of the units. Just steps from the beach, it is located across the street from beach access, a short walk to many cafes, restaurants, and ice cream shops in a family friendly neighborhood.
**Please note: the units share a common wall but you must exit one unit to enter the other.
Our property manager, Madison, lives very close to the property . We are usually available for assistance via phone and can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through the platform for lightning fast response.
This area is quaint and quiet Florida beach town. Many mom and pop businesses are within walking distance as are local restaurants and beach shops. There is a pedestrian walkway along the road as well.
Parking for up to 4 cars is easy on the property and we are across the street from the beach. There is beach access right on 7th street, only a 2 minute walk.
The units are fully furnished with wifi and flat screen HDTVs in the living rooms and master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy a homemade meal. You have 2 private laundry rooms with washers and dryers and basic supplies and a large exterior balcony overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.
Family friendly neighborhood, perfect for walking, riding bikes, or Uber.
*Pet-friendly rooms are available. The pet fee is $195 for your first 3 nights plus an additional $25 per night there after.

You are very close to the Walsingham Bridge which takes you back off the beach where you can find all the national chain stores such as Publix, Home Depot, Walgreens, fast food restaurants, etc.
