Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family will need to enjoy beautiful South West Florida. It is with great pleasure, we welcome you to our beautiful home in the sunshine state.
With a perfect location on the water, combined with Sun all day, all year, at your heated swimming pool. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with bike paths in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral. Life doesn’t get any better!
This home offers open concept, modern living, that anyone will enjoy. It has a Large kitchen, beautiful Granite throughout, with large kitchen island. We have a large screened lanai and open back yard.
This 1830 square foot home includes three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath, dining room and a large kitchen with an island, large master bedroom with doors out to the lanai and electric heated pool. The master bath has a separate shower and a walk in closet. Rate is for 6 guests. There are granite counter tops throughout the home.
Bring your boat ! For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat, a local boat launch is less than a 1/2 mile away. Direct access, no bridges, 10 minutes to open water! Great fishing, and water access to Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva and beyond!!!

Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber, die Anlage gepflegt, Pool und Moskito Netze kommen in die Jahre, sanierungsbedürftig, mit 6 Erwachsenen (teilweise auch fremd) und nur 2 Bäder (anstatt 3 wie im Inserat benannt) war unser Urlaub schon erheblich beeinträchtigt bei den Absprachen Vorort, wäre eine deutschsprachige Unterstützung schön gewesen

Winterurlaub

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war perfekt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne werden wir dort wieder Urlaub machen. Hatten wir Fragen, wurde uns sofort geantwortet. Es war einfach nur toll.

Geniale Unterkunft, wir Waren fast 3 Wochen vor Ort und haben es geliebt! Viel Platz, ideal für 5 / 6 Personen. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden sogar für die ersten Tage Tabs, Waschpulver, Seife, WC Papier. Gepflegte Außenanlage und regelmäßige Poolsãuberung. Großer Kühlschrank mit Frost, Eiswürfel…. Auch der Verwalter war gut zu erreichen und kümmert sich. Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Objekt. Wir können es sehr empfehlen Janet und Familie

Very pleasant Stay

Coming into the community I wasn’t sure what to expect but once entering the home we were all pleasantly surprised and impressed with the home. Teenagers went straight for the pool! Clean and well stocked with everything you need. Property management was very accommodating, he let us stay a bit longer on check out day. We thought that was very nice. Overall very pleasant.

Close, But Far From Perfect

During our stay at this short-term rental, we faced three major issues:Heated Pool Misrepresentation: The listing emphasized a heated pool, which influenced our decision to book. However, when we arrived on Thursday, the pool was not heated. It wasn’t operational until Saturday evening, and even then, the water was cooler than the outside temperature, failing to meet expectations.Lack of Basic Supplies: Guests are required to bring their own essentials like soap and toilet paper. The host provides minimal supplies regardless of the length of the stay, leaving guests to purchase more after initial use. This policy, claimed to be standard in the area, was a first for me in 15 years of staying in rentals. Clear disclosure in the listing would have allowed us to prepare accordingly.Foul Odor in the Laundry Room: The laundry room smelled like decay, making it unpleasant to use. While detergent was available, there was no fabric softener, and the towels retained a hint of the odor throughout our stay.Would I return? No. The owner or property manager seemed to cut corners, impacting our experience. A little extra effort in providing guest supplies and ensuring the pool was heated and ready for us could have made a big difference.

Fantastic property & location!

The property was a pleasure to stay at. Very well appointed, kept tidy and clean, with all the necessary day to day items provided. Fantastic heated pool that was enjoyable and relaxing to spend time in. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable experience and would definitely book again!

Relaxing Retreat

The home sits in a quiet neighborhood close to main streets for shopping and dining. There is a small park/boat ramp within walking distance for an evening stroll. The house itself has all of the amenities, is clean, and very open. It was a bit chilly while we were there so we didn’t use the pool, but the space is comfy with plenty of seating and overlooks the lovely canal. The property was a perfect relaxing retreat.

Ball trip

Had a great stay. The house was as listed. Really liked the open layout. Enjoyed the pool when not playing ball during the day and relaxing in the lanai in the evenings. Only gave 4 stars for listing accuracy because it lists all three bathrooms as having a tub or shower. The one bathroom was only a toilet and sink. Don got us checked in and was available to answer our questions. The closest thing to an "issue" was the front lock said the battery was low and Don was there first thing the next morning to change out the battery. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Amazing!

My family absolutely loved this vacation home. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this one had to be the best. Incredibly clean, had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, the pool was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the open floor plan which made it feel very spacious. We appreciated all the little details that made the house feel like home for the week. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home!

The house was very clean, beds were comfy, checking in and out was a breeze and Don is very responsive. The AC worked well and we didn't even touch the thermostat. The pool temperature was perfect and set at 86 degrees when we got there (and you can adjust the temperature yourself). The kitchen was very well equipped and things like cooking spray, salt, pepper, seasonings, condiments were all a nice bonus. Plus laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher pods, plenty of paper towels and TP were much appreciated as not every rental is so accommodating and just gives you a limited amount to get you started. Not a deal breaker at all, but there are no pool lights for night swimming, just the outdoor light to the lanai. Very private; we loved the fences on both sides of the house/pool. Fishing poles, some pool floats/toys were also appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful week long stay and you cannot beat the price!

Spring Break 2024

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The house was very clean, the pool was warm and it was very nice having it to ourselves. We enjoyed local restaurants like Fins Tiki and Dive Bar, The Boathouse and Bella Mia's Pizza, Sanibel's Best Ice Cream Shop.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The pool was heated and comfortable. We enjoyed eating in the lanai. The beds were quite low and the two bedrooms did not have a chest of drawers. Don, the property manager, was helpful with answering our questions.

Great Vacation Home

We liked the house, pool and dock. We planned to rent a boat but the weather wasn't the best for boating during our stay, windy and a little cool for Florida. But weather is a crap shoot so it is what it is. The only issue we had was when we arrived at 4:00 on the first day the property was not cleaned, beds not made, sheets not washed etc. We call Don and he arranged to have it cleaned. Meanwhile we had to go out for a few hours. Really planned to lay by pool after arriving from PA. Other than that we had a great time, nice layout on the house. Would stay again.
