30A - Golf Cart - Kid & Dog Friendly!

You've found the perfect family getaway with beautiful, modern furnishings inside and an unbeatable location on 30A! This home comes equipped with a six-seater golf cart and only .3 miles to the gorgeous white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Two king-bedroom en-suites, three additional queen beds, and a bunk loft that sleeps six; this home is meant for large family gatherings! Smart TVs, W/D, and an outside grill are just a few of the many amenities in this beautiful home.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings, stylish decor, and hardwood floors throughout. The main floor features open-concept living, perfect for family time. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with sleek stainless steel appliances and a Keurig and drip coffeemaker. Everyone has plenty of room between the large dining table and barstools at the breakfast bar. In the evening, everyone can snuggle up on the large sectional to stream their favorite movies on the 75-inch TV. You’ll also find one of two primary bedroom suites on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms, including one with a private balcony and a bunk area.

Other things to note: Parking for up to three vehicles. One car can park in the covered carport, and then there is parking directly behind the carport for up to two cars. The golf cart is parked in the other covered carport spot and stays there when unused.

2 bicycles are available for guest use.

Streaming services are available using your account. A Pack ’n Play, highchair, kids plates and utensils, baby bouncer, baby gate, and baby beach tent are also available. There are two bicycles for guest use as well.

No parties or events are allowed. Up to two dogs are allowed if approved. A $50 pet fee is applied. Must be 25 years or older to book and 21 years or older to drive the golf cart.

Wonderful location

The location was fantastic for a non beachfront house. The house was very clean and roomy enough for 2 teens and 5 adults and a few 4 legged fur babies! We’ve already talked about coming back next year!

Thankful for warmer weather! ESCAPE!

Working on my new brokerage in FLA and also doing a 2nd Christmas- this was the perfect home for the "snowbird" season! Close to beach- easy access, enjoyed the POLAR PLUNGE in Santa Rosa Beach and everything was as expected. The floorplan worked great for our needs and the open first floor was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Vaca

This was our first all family vacation. The house is a very nice place, beautiful and accommodating to everyone. One bed was a little soft but we could make it work. The property owner, Scott, was very pleasant and very responsive to our questions. It was a short walk to the beach and a few shops and eateries. We all had a great time and would love to stay here again on the next trip to Santa Rosa Beach.

Perfect Summer Getaway!

My family has been traveling to the Destin/Sandestin/30a area for around 20 years now for our annual family vacation. We have been searching for a home in the 30a area that we would love to rebook year after year, and we found one in Satinwood Beach landing. This home is beautifully furnished, elegant, and comfortable. It’s exactly what I love in a beach vacation rental. It’s an easy walk to the beach, located on a quiet road off of 30a, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I love the Coastal decor, comfortable couch and beds, open floor plan with seating to accommodate our large group including our fur babies. The kitchen is well stocked, and the large tv in the living/dining area is perfect for our crew who love to watch sports. The homeowners are great and answered any questions we had! Easiest booking I’ve ever had. No problems! Look forward to returning again next year!

Excellent getaway, just a short walk to the most gorgeous beach.

The home was absolutely lovely! Scott and Sarah were easy to communicate with and very helpful! The home had many sleeping places, and the beds were very comfortable. They had a great kitchen, and the provided beach chairs were very helpful. The location was a short walk, about 5 min away from the beach and we didn’t mind it at all. But my dad recently had a knee replacement, so he took the car. Remember that public parking is limited, but he got there earlier in the day and didn’t have issues. Santa Rosa Beach is gorgeous, and many shops and restaurants. Definitely try Crackings and their croissant-beignets. There are several good coffee places, my favorite was the one by Mimmo’s, and that place was also fabulous.

Great property - all in the details

Our family of nine enjoyed this spacious, lovely property. From grandparents to kids, everyone fit comfortably with room to spare. The home is well stocked with every amenity we could want. New bedding, plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets, some beach supplies, every kitchen tool and appliance. Comfortable mattresses. The number one item we look for is cleanliness and everyone gave this home high marks. Nicely decorated and not overdone or cluttered with unnecessary decor. Plenty of dining seating between the island and dining table - where we wind up spending most of our time when indoors. New appliances. Plenty of hot water - no problem with everyone showering at the same time after the beach. The ice maker wasn't enough for our needs so we kept bagged ice stocked in the freezer. The beach is walkable - but when it's extra hot like it was this time, I recommend bikes or a golf cart. We rent a cart so no problem there and room to park it. Quiet neighborhood. I am a designer with clients who own and run BNB properties. I reached out to Scott and Sarah and recommended a few extra comforts and a couple of items that were ready for attention (normal items after being booked all summer). They were gracious and genuinely thanked me for the suggestions. I've rented enough homes to understand the value of owners/property managers who truly care about their guests. We would happily stay at this property again.

We love to travel ourselves and believe in experiences over things and why we strive to ensure your stay with us is absolutely perfect!

The house sits along a quiet street that feeds into 30A on the south end, about a 7-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico and no more than 10 minutes to the heart of Gulf Place, where you can find shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and some fun bars! If you go north on our street, you'll dead-end into Longleaf Greenway Trail, a 7.5-mile walking and biking trail.

It's a small community of homes that were built in 2014, all pretty much the same house, and sitting directly across from a quiet neighborhood that is wonderful to walk through in the early morning or late evenings. We love our neighborhood because our young children can play at all hours of the day and never feel threatened. It's also very quiet as compared to some of the other locations on 30A; it's not "corporate".

We love this home because it sits in a location that is "less popular" than other towns along the 30A strip which means less crowds, less noise, and less hassle! You can park your car when you arrive and not have to use it again until you leave. Within 1.5-2 miles of this property, you have everything you need for your trip outside of a grocery store. The house is also perfectly set up for big family gatherings while also giving enough privacy when needed. And our favorite room is the nook right off the 2nd king suite upstairs! It's 2 sets of 3-stacked twin beds, or you could call it a "bunk-bunk bed!" Our kids love going up there during quiet time and it's very nice for the parents to put on their favorite movie and escape downstairs to play cards!

We also will be available via text, phone, email, etc at all hours of the day. Just know if you stay here, you'll be taken care of!
