This home is a 5-minute walk to beautiful white sand beaches and a short walk to many restaurants and Gulf Place Town Center. 2 king-bedroom en suites, 3 additional queen beds, and a bunk loft that sleeps 6, this home is meant for large family gatherings! Smart TVs in every room, W/D, and an outside grill are just a few of the many amenities in this wonderful home.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings, stylish decor, and hardwood floors throughout. The main floor features open-concept living, perfect for family time. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with sleek stainless steel appliances, as well as both a Keurig and drip coffeemaker. Between the large dining table and barstools at the breakfast bar, everyone has plenty of room. In the evening, everyone can snuggle up on the large sectional to stream their favorite movies on the 75-inch TV. You’ll also find one of two main bedroom suites on the first floor. Upstairs you’ll find the remaining bedrooms, including one with a private balcony and a bunk area.

Other things to note: Parking for up to 5 vehicles; 2 in the carport, 2 in the open spaces behind the home on the left, and 1 directly behind the carport, parked perpendicularly.

Streaming services are available using your account. A Pack ’n Play, highchair, kids plates and utensils, baby bouncer, baby gate, and baby beach tent are also available. There are two bicycles for guest use as well.

No parties or events are allowed. Up to 2 dogs are allowed if approved. $50 pet fee applied. Must be 25 years or older to book.
