This private balcony points South and has peek a boo gulf views and a lovey gulf breeze. Second master suite on this level has a king size bed, shared en suite and private balcony. The en suite has dual sinks, tiled shower, and soaking tub. The private balcony points East and has views of the pool. The third bedroom on the second floor is a twin over twin bunk room and is across the hall from the shared master en suite. The stacked laundry is also located on the second floor. 4) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach. Golf Carts are prohibited in this neighborhood due to HOA Rules.
6) Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
