> No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times
> Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM
> Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
> TOT rate – 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID)
