Welcome to your Dreamy Chapel Getaway. Before you even enter the home, you will notice and be awe-struck by the amphitheater of Red Rocks surrounding the home. You may even want to take a seat on one of the oh-so-comfortable patio rocking chairs to enjoy the epic, million dollar views of Sedona’s world famous Chapel of the Holy Cross rock formations! Or better yet, drop your bags, strap on your hiking boots, and hit the trails as you are mere MINUTES from Mystic Trailhead, Little Horse Trailhead, and Chapel of the Holy Cross. This home has an A+++ location in Sedona.

Upon entry, you will be utterly enchanted by all of the small but important details throughout the home. You will find a cozy living room featuring a 65” smart TV, a dining room that can seat up to 8, and an incredibly well-equipped kitchen where you can make delicious meals. Not to mention, each bedroom features a large, sumptuous king sized bed that you and your guests will want to sink into after a long day of exploring Sedona.

Bedroom 1 (King): This bedroom is the primary bedroom with an ensuite private spa-like bathroom. Enjoy the large south-facing picture window overlooking the backyard. This room also features an oversized closet and plenty of clothes storage for your visit.

Bedroom 2 (King): Bedroom 2 is nestled between Bedroom 1 and 3 and also features a large King bed. Guests will have access to the Guest Bathroom across the hall which features a deluxe walk-in tiled shower and rainshower head. This bedroom has a private closet and a huge picture window that faces the Red Rocks.

Bedroom 3 (Queen): Bedroom 3 is adjacent to the living room and is across the hall from the Guest Bathroom. Enjoy the queen-sized bed while overlooking the Red Rocks from the bedroom’s large picture window. This room also offers a private closet.

You and your guests will enjoy the wonderful living spaces of the home that have been designed for ultimate comfort and functionality. The kitchen is well equipped and will even make the wine aficionado in your group pleased as we supply both red and white wine glasses. There is a full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher so you can whip up and enjoy “full-sized” meals after hiking the trails and exploring Sedona all day.

The living and dining rooms are set up for entertaining and making memories with friends and family. Kick back to enjoy the 65” smart TV with multiple streaming platforms and the extra plush sofa to relax and unwind. The dining room is set up for 6 and there are two additional chairs in the hall closet to seat 8 comfortably around the table. The dining room also features sliding glass doors to the backyard where there is an additional bistro table and outdoor patio with Red Rock views.

Picture this: you wake up after a restful night’s sleep and tip-toe your way into the kitchen to brew a fresh pot of coffee. Soon, you have a hot cup of joe in your hand, steam gently rolling off the top of your mug. You look out the living room window and see the magical desert sun cresting over the Red Rocks. Again, you softly pad across the floor to the front door, mindful of those still sleeping. You unlock the deadbolt, swing open the front door, and are greeted by the most majestic sunrise imaginable. You take the first step out the front door and nestle into one of the elegant rocking chairs on the front patio. It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful as you have this moment all to yourself. You take the first sip of coffee and watch the early morning light dance across the rock formations. The rocks start as a deep red, reflecting the sun’s intensity. The light begins shifting and shadows appear as the day dawns. Moments like this are what you dreamed of when planning your trip to Sedona, and now you are living it.

You will have access to the entire home. You are welcome to store personal items in the garage. Please keep in mind our cleaner will occasionally need to use the laundry machines in the garage when the studio apartment needs to be cleaned. They will not enter the house. If personal items are stored in garage (such as bikes), it is advised you lock them as the garage door may be open while our cleaner is doing laundry.

Victoria & Cameron live locally in Sedona and if you need anything at all please reach out to them via Airbnb.

This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is highly walkable for morning or evening strolls. You will be just a 5-minute to Mystic Trail Trailhead, which is the gateway to the immensely popular Hogs and Broken Arrow trail network. You can also walk to the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross. No need to contend with full parking lots!

We have ample parking on the property. You can easily walk or drive to nearby trails. You are about 7 minutes by car from both Uptown Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. There is a smaller grocery store in the Village of Oak Creek. There are four large grocery stores in West Sedona, including Whole Foods, within a 12-minute drive.

There is a studio apartment separated from the house by a 2-car garage. There are no shared walls between the home and studio apartment.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.  
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Know Your Guest. We do not see any of your private information.

Know Your Guest will collect a damage deposit. If no damage is discovered after your stay, this deposit is fully refundable with the exception of a $15 processing fee.

Please be sure to complete this process before your stay. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
