Hanglage Luxus-Eigentumswohnung in HYATT CENTRIC RESORT Park Ctiy. Es ist eine der ersten Eigenschaften des The Canyons Resorts. Im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Angeboten für Hyatt Escala Lodges ist unsere Ski-In / Out-Einheit eine der wenigen mit und im oberen Stockwerk mit privatem Bergblick. Viele der in dieser Unterkunft aufgeführten Eigenschaften bieten Blick auf das Tal oder den Innenhof, die weniger wünschenswert sind. Auch unsere Preise sind 30-50% niedriger als das, was Hyatt Ihnen berechnet.


Erstmals im November 2009 im Ski-Magazin vorgestellt. Das Skimagazin nannte sich auch die Spitze der USA. Ski Resort Hotels und Hyatt Centric war das erste Jahr auf Platz 12. Außerdem wurde die Hyatt Centric Lodge auf der prestigeträchtigen jährlichen Auszeichnung des Conde Nast aufgeführt: Die Top 20 Resorts in The West - Rang 10. Unser Sunrise-Lift befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Lodge entfernt und ist somit ein wahrer Ski-In / Ski-Out-Resort. Das neue Restaurant und die Bar sind fabelhaft.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein nobles Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Kamine, HDTV-Flachbildschirm und DVD in jedem Zimmer. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Skihang, Whirlpool, Steindusche, schöne Bettwäsche und luxuriöse Bademäntel und Bettdecken, um unsere Gäste zu verwöhnen. Avoid if allergic to pets

Hotel was amazing and ski in/ ski out was fantastic. This VRBO felt more lived in than others we have tried. Closets full of owners items, food in the pantry, etc… Our big issue was cats! 3/4 members of our family are very allergic and had trouble breathing when in the room. The sofa area was unusable for us due to the animal hair. I wish this had been advertised ahead of time.

Winter 2023/23 Ski Trip

We've stayed at the Hyatt Centric several times and find the location to be perfect for ski in/ski out with a very helpful ski valet. The property is well maintained with a helpful staff and full amenities. The unit was as advertised, clean and well maintained. George, the host, was communicative, friendly and helpful when our flights were cancelled and we had to reschedule our dates.

Unfortunately, the unit was dirty upon arrival with a thick layer of dust, dirty dishes and hair on the bedding. Management was not helpful in rectifying the problem, demanding to inspect it and then denying there was a problem. They wouldn't clean it and only offered to credit us back the cleaning fee. Seems like the owner tries to clean the place himself and does a really bad job. AVOID!

Beautiful view...perfect local for kids and game room. Restaurant options delicious. Staff super friendly and helpful. We were visiting off ski season...but could tell this would be a super spot for a ski trip..ski in a great asset!

Not as described

This property is not ski in ski out. Phillip has an operated all season long and the owner is aware and does not disclose it. In addition the Hyatt centric charges $45 a day resort fee which is not disclosed anywhere in the listing. The lift tickets were not where they were supposed to be when I arrived and did not come until a day late and only included two days when I was there for 4. nights. Lasttly, I think he does hos own cleaning as the unit was dirty with brown stains on the bedding. I asked for a refund because the property was not as described and the owner will not respond. I spoke to the resort about the fees and they told me that these should have been disclosed and most owners pay them out of the rental. This owner did not. I will have to see what I can legally do to recover all of my lost money from this vacation rental.

Shared space with owner

The location was good. Bad snow limited ski in access. Closed lift limited ski out access. Biggest complaint is that the owner was apparently still living in the apartment. Left behind personal soap and other products to share in shower. Personal food in fridge and freezer. Well below the standard from other places I’ve rented in the past

The unit smelled old and stale. When we arrived, there were long black hairs in the master bedroom sheets. All the pillows and linens were dated and yellow with age. The comforters do not have duvets on them, so how are they cleaned? The bathrooms were not clean. When we mentioned these problems to the owner, he provided no remedies. he just reminded us that we are spending less for the unit than if we rented directly from the Hyatt.

Convenient location

This property is conveniently located in Canyon Village. The lift was right outside the second floor. Great views of the Mountain from both bedrooms. The living room easily accommodated our family of five.

Great location if not beginning skier

It's all about the location. Hyatt Centric is nice, people were great. Incredibly easy ski in ski out experience with blue run off lift and with rentals, etc. Need to be proactive communicating with property manager. No cleaning took place during our stay. Condo itself is somewhat dated.

The condo location was perfect - right in the heart of the Canyons area. It is definitely ski-in/ski-out. The condo had all the amenities we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. George was great to work with. We will definitely come back.

Great location for skiing!

Property is located in the Hyatt Centic. It is a residential unit. True Ski in/ Ski out property. Canyons is a great family friendly place to stay. Very friendly staff and you can book other Park City outings in the lobby. Unit was fine but not as clean as expected. Bedding is dated and doesn’t really fit beds properly. Not much space to store suitcases as closets are full of owner’s belongings. Also there is a daily resort fee that has to be paid at the end of your trip to the hotel. If it is in the listing I don’t remember seeing it.

Beautiful property!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property. The Hyatt Centric is beautful and this property was very spacious and luxerious. George was an excellent host and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a week. He even included air mattresses that we could've used, but with a king bed, 2 queen's and a pull-out sofa bed, we did not even need them. There were plenty of towels and clean linens. Highly recommend!

Great place!

This unit is big, luxurious, comfortable and convenient. We are a family of 4 and never felt crowded or on top of each other. The sunrise lift was not yet open for true ski-in / ski-out, but there is a ski valet that takes care of your skis each night and a shuttle that drives you to the entrance of the main lift area and runs every 3 min in the morning. The restaurant in the lobby is great for a big breakfast or dinner in, or you can cook in the well appointed kitchen. Great place overall!

Only true ski in / ski out in Canyons Resort and maybe the best in all of Park City. Lots of amenities including on-site small grocery store. Several good restaurants within walking distance and a great kitchen right on-site. Great views and well furnished. Easy and free bus access into Park City Main Street just 3 miles away. Very friendly staff. Everything here is first class.

Great Location!

We are hikers and needed a central location in Park City - this place was perfect for us! It is located between Kimball Junction and Main Street. The property is beautiful - great jacuzzi and pool area with a well-equipped gym. This unit overlooks the mountain and has a private balcony off of the bedroom and living room (joined) that we really enjoyed. The Canyons also has great restaurants that are within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Best Ski In/ Ski Out on the Mountain

This is without a doubt the best ski in / ski out on the mountain. Stayed in the condo for the last month of the season. As a former ski racer, this place has more to offer than any place I have ever been and would go back in a heartbeat. It had all the amenities needed, staff was excellent, everything was clean and well-maintained. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I recommend all my friends and family to stay here. One word - Perfect!

Beautiful and Convenient

Just stayed at this property over New Years with family and had a great time. Beautiful condo over looking the Sunrise lift with every amenity you could want. Owner/Agent is very prompt and easy to deal with.
