The space
Listing is for entire house. Lots of space to spread out. Air conditioning/heating lets you set your own temperature or you can do open windows and screen door for great cross breezes through the house.

Main bedroom has a king, other bedroom has a double. All mattresses are new and cozy they are the most expensive firm IKEA mattresses w memory foam toppers. There is also a comfortable new fold out couch in living room.

Bathroom has the original extra long claw foot tub and shower. New hot water heater allows awesome hot water for baths and great water pressure throughout the house.

This place is close to the action. 1/2 mile from downtown, near buses, 2 blocks from lake.

Kitchen has french press, two pourover coffee filters, a cast iron pan, tea pot, metal spatulas, real knives, stockpot, crockpot, wood spoons, as well as dishes and silverware and mugs and wine glasses, etc. Large adjacent dining room with huge dining table is great for eating or setting up for work.

Towels and linens provided.

Bring your own toiletries.
