This thoughtfully designed condo provides tall ceilings, modern décor and floor to ceiling windows. The ground floor has a dedicated office area with a pull-out sofa. The main floor boasts an open floorplan featuring the dining room, kitchen, powder room and living room with a 75’’ TV. The third-floor hosts both bedrooms with full private bathrooms, walk in closets, TV's, queen beds and a primary suite balcony. Last but not least, the top floor steals the show with a wet bar and spacious rooftop patio with a firepit, comfortable seating and amazing views. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Keurig, basic toiletries, pull out sofa, board games, record player, iron, hair dryer, washer & dryer, off street parking.

Wonderful little spot to stay

The apartment was very clean, modern and comfy! We enjoyed the higher views of downtown from the outside rooftop patio. Host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Definitely will stay here again!

Awesome Place!

Beautiful and well maintained property. It was certainly more than I needed as I was traveling alone... but for about the same as I would pay for a nice hotel room, I got 4 levels, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath wonderful condo. Owners were so accommodating and welcoming. Left a lovely note with a bottle of wine for me welcoming me in. It was just a great property and wonderful owners.. I can't recommend highly enough. Shelby and Phil are great hosts!

Upscale and cool!

This is an excellent property! The location is perfect for out of town excursions and walking into the town center for all types of cuisine and local brews. The rooftop deck was the biggest reason we booked this property and it does not disappoint. Shelby and Phil have great decor tastes for both comfort and practically. We look forward to another visit.

Great stay!

Shelby has thought of everything! One of the most thoughtfully stocked Vrbo stays. It became a joke if one of us was looking for something, Shelby has it! Decaf, extra vanity supplies in bathrooms, a whole drawer with scissors, tweezers etc. all the spices and basics like flour and sugar for cooking/and baking. Cool, unique space. You’ll get your steps in. It was kind of a bummer we couldn’t have some of our older relatives visit as they couldn’t do all the stairs. The location was the only piece I couldn’t give 5 stars on. But fantastic place/stay nonetheless!

Beautiful property!

What a wonderful stay! Beautiful decor and cozy beds. Kitchen well stocked. Many stairs but I probably missed that in the description. A bit of a challenge for my elderly mother. Rooftop view wonderful! Very pleased with our stay and location to downtown :)

Beautiful place

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Way to short. This place was very nice and clean. Owner provided the little extras that are always nice to find. The rooftop view was great. We had a thunderstorm the evening of our stay and it was a great place to watch from.

To The Roof and Beyond

What a great home! The host made check in very easy and thought of allll the details!! The property is in a bustling area, but it felt quiet and quaint. The multi level layout made it easy for the family to all have an area to go to if they wanted. The rooftop deck was perfect for early morning convos over coffee!! We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little gem in downtown Billings

Our family stayed at the rooftop patio townhome and enjoyed our stay. The property is cozy and well appointed. In spite of its downtown location, we slept great and the neighborhood was very quiet! We even enjoyed a little time around the fire. Thank you Shelby and Phil!

Perfect Spot

Shelby really went out of her way to ensure we have a comfortable and welcoming visit. She put so much thought into items guests may forgot or what we may need during our stay. The location of her property is excellent as it is quiet yet close to just about anything you could need or want in Billings. If you want the perfect spot to stay so you can enjoy everything the area has to offer, this is the place!

Modern comfort near Billings Beer Trail

Clean, comfortable, secure, quiet and modern. The roof top deck is amazing after dark when the city lights come on. Near craft beer bars and expensive but worth it Buffalo Block Steak House!

Great Downtown View!

We loved our stay at Shelby's downtown townhouse! The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The view of Billings from the rooftop patio is fantastic! Communication with Shelby was super easy as was check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

This property is stunning! It was as described plus more! If you have issues navigating stairs, it's not a good fit. The rooftop patio was my favorite place. Shelby is so easy to communicate with. My next trip will include a day to hang out at the property!
