Loft on (F) Main Street: 2 min walk to the River!

Location, location, location! Great for couples for a getaway or for families needing time away from the city. You couldn’t ask for a better location right in the center of Main (F) Street. Under a 2 minute walk to the famous Arkansas river, the NEW surf Scout Wave, all the best restaurants & then 45 minutes to monarch ski resort! With more than 3 hot springs close by and the famous Mt Princeton hot springs only 45 minutes. We welcome fur babies, please note we haven’t built our roof top patio yet so you will need to leash your pups & walk to the park for potty breaks.

Pets WELCOME: 🐶
We love that you can bring your pets, however we don’t have an outside space attached to the loft. So, you will need to leash your pup and walk them to the park that is less that 1.5 blocks away.

Stairs:
There are stairs to access the loft from the street. Please note that for guests who might have a hard time on the stairs. Once you are in the loft there are no stairs and it is all one floor. We have included a picture of the stairs to make sure your group is comfortable with the access.

Parking: 🅿️
There is not a dedicated parking spot for the loft. However, most times there should be parking available on F street. If you can’t find parking then just circle the block and you should find parking with no problem.

TV: 📺
We have our Hulu and Netflix accounts logged in for all guests at no charge. Please keep those accounts signed in so other guests can use them as well. You are welcome to use the smart tv for other subscriptions that you might have, but please sign out of your personal accounts before you leave.

Coffee ☕️:
We have a regular coffee pot for guests to use.
