Pool and hot tub are open from May 15, 2025 until October 18, 2025. This property is not equipped for pool heat. Pool heat is not an option for this property. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner.
All Sandbridge Stays properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and wash cloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel, We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels. NO SMOKING in the home at any time. NO PETS ALLOWED in the home for any reason.
