Guests have their own private entrance, their own parking space, private bathroom, bedroom, a full kitchen, and do not share the space with anyone else. Guests also have access to the fenced-in backyard with a grill.

The studio is partially attached but a fully private studio with its own separate entrance on the side of the house

The bedroom has a very comfortable 2 queen bed, crisp cotton sheets, and a hypoallergenic duvet cover. There is multiple pillows available, so you can choose your desired level of firmness to find your perfect night's sleep!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire studio, including a washer and dryer, and a private patio. A private side entrance in the driveway with an electronic lock allows for easy access so arriving at any time is a breeze. The code is sent a couple of days before your arrival.
Check-in time to as early as 3 pm and check-out time is as late as 11 am. This allows us to be able to turn around the place to our exacting standards of cleanliness which we know people appreciate.

This is a dog-friendly home, but we do charge a $40 pet fee for your furry friend.

LOST AND FOUND POLICY: Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 11:00 a.m. We won't be able to ship any item. Any unattended, abandoned, misplaced, or forgotten
item, Including, but not limited to, equipment, cash, jewelry, books, documents, or personal
identification paper - that is found within the boundaries of the property, will be thrown away. No exceptions
