The Space:
Brand new apartment complex with all the trimmings! Fully furnished rooms and kitchen to make your stay feel just like home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit and a parking spot outside of the unit.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located in downtown Sun Prairie and is walkable to shopping, dining and is right across the street from a local coffee shop!

Getting Around:
Taxis are available, including Lyft and Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Ample street parking available for use as well as parking in the lot.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Clean and great location

Very clean and welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location near great restaurants and coffee shops. Convenient parking spot right in front. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Host was very communicative and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

This was our second stay here and was everything we needed for our time in town. Close to restaurants and groceries and very walkable. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Roomy and modern

We enjoyed our stay at this home away from home. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, and it was nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. The kitchen was great & we liked the dining island. Parking was easy and there was several restaurants near by.

Clean and in the middle of Sun Prairie

This was a perfect place for visiting family and bringing out kids. You can walk to multiple places to eat on main street, and the place was very clean. We had a nice stay. Downtown Madison is only 30 minutes away which is why we were in town.

Great space in a great place

We booked this location for a friend’s wedding in Madison without knowing anything about the area. It was a great town and a great stay. The owner was communicative before, during, and after the stay so that I never had to wonder about any details. The place was clean and had all the necessities. It slept four adults comfortably although likely more ideal for a family with two adults and children. There was plenty of parking and lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place.

Great spot for a weekend stay

We were in town for the weekend visiting family. This apartment is clean, quiet and in a great location. We mainly slept here and spent our days with family. It was a great value for that purpose versus a hotel so we could have a separate sleeping area for our younger kids. We would stay again when in town.

A nice place to stay. Clean and spacious. Within walking distance to several places. The coffee maker is a standard 12 cup basket drip model. Host communicates better than I do. Would recommend.

CLEAN!!! We have a 1 year old and it was nice to stay somewhere that was extremely clean and kid friendly. Love that the location was right downtown Sun Praire. You can walk anywhere. Parking was secure for us. The pizza restaurant attached to the same building earned a lot of our business. 10/10.

Visiting Family

The property was perfect for our visit with new granddaughters. It was close to the family and gave us the ability to run back and forth to have space. It would have been helpful to have a GPS address. We also had difficulty entering after dark without instructions on how to access the keypad and unlock the door. Otherwise awesome visit.

In town for sheep show

We arrived in the middle of the night after getting sheep settled at the alliant energy center. Getting in was no problem everything was clean and ready for us . The apartment had everything we needed and more appreciated that there was laundry soap, and the dishwasher soap available for us to use . the kitchen had the essentials we needed. Just sorry that we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the town because we spent most of our time at the Sheep show in the Barn. But will definitely stay here again. Chris was the greatest host and answers any questions or concerns I had very quickly .

Spacious and in a good location

The location is very convenient to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We never tried the pizza place in the building but walked up to Salvatore’s and we were not disappointed! Excellent food and service just a few blocks away. We had been traveling for two weeks so it was nice to be able to do some laundry while staying here for a few nights. Didn’t do any cooking but kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in. My only complaints about this property would be that the fridge and freezer need to be wiped out and that the person living in the unit above us has a heavy foot and seemed to be walking all over their condo for long periods of time. But during the night it was quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. All in all a great place for the price.

Spacious and new apartment in very nice area

Apartment was newly renovated and roomy, albeit a bit sparsely furnished, and the bunk beds in the smaller bedroom were inconvenient for anyone but young children. (In my opinion, the smaller bedroom should have been the master and the larger bedroom outfitted with two queen beds). But fortunately, the couch was comfortable. Location was great, across from a coffee shop and right downtown Sun Prairie. The only other small negative was that the resident(s) in the apartment directly above seemed to be members of a marching band as they "clomped" back-and-forth starting at 7:30am. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment for 4 people.

A week at home…

We loved in Sun Prairie for 7 years and after a year away, we looked forward to a week visiting friends and former neighbors! This was a great location for us to enjoy our time back in SP, taking in all its great attributes and seeing as many people as we could. Walking distance to Cannery Square, fam fave Beans n Cream, and just a quick drive to the Westside for a few of our favorite restaurants and dessert go-to’s. The apartment was very clean! Looked nearly brand new. It leaves a little to be desired from a “decor” perspective, which I think aided in some of the echo felt within the apartment as well as getting some noise from the apartment above. It didn’t bother us too much as we were out and about quite a bit, but it was noticeable. Communication with the host was great! They checked in a couple of times and gave great checkout instructions, which in all honesty were very minimal, making it easy for our family of four to depart. Parking was a breeze and having our own entrance to the unit was great! Our kids have already asked to do this again next year, and I imagine we’ll look to rent this unit again.

Good place to stay in Sun Prairie - a few minor tweaks would make it great!

The apartment was new and spacious and had a great set up for our family of four (with two young kids). Location was great - it was walkable to places to eat and shop and close to our family near by. I think we were among the first to stay here - a few things that could be done to make the experience easier/better for future guests: 1. Explicitly explaining that guests can park anywhere in the lot behind the building and that guests will enter directly into the apartment from the parking lot. There was communication to not use the main building entrance, and once we were there, the instructions made sense, but we were arriving after dark with two young kids, so explaining this a little differently would have eased some concerns ahead of time. 2. Many VRBOs we've stayed at before have had basic condiments (salt & pepper for example) and kitchen tools (we needed a can opener for example) available for guests. We figured things out but just some touches to make things easier for future guests. 3. Lastly, there's a cute little sign on the counter for the WiFi network and password that wasn't filled out. When we messaged the host, they responded quickly to look on the back of the router behind the TV - which was fine, we figured it out, but would be nicer if the info was filled out on the sign and ready so we didnt have to mess around with all the cords/boxes behind the TV. All minor things that could help make things even better for future guest - no deal breakers for sure and we'd be interested in staying here again if we're back in town.

Nice enough but could improve.

Location was fine. Place was very clean. Check in was a hassle as the previous tenant or maint person had locked the main door resulting in us not being able to get in. This would have been a big pain if we had not been able to leave for a while and come back after it was fixed. The WIFI was not written on the provided board and we had to look at the tiny notes on the router to figure that out.
