You and your guests can enjoy salt air breezes all day long from the covered patio and from the beach. Take a stroll to the nearby restaurants or shops or stay in! The home is stocked with everything you need for a quick stay or an extended vacation.

Professionally decorated and includes all the necessary amenities. Oceanfront patio to take in the scenery and relax in the shade. The beach is your backyard. Step off the patio and take a few steps to the beach through your direct access.

A cozy villa perfect for small group and hosts up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The guest room has a king bed and a smart TV. The living room has a sofa and an air mattress is provided for any overflow guests.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need for dining in. You just need the food! The dining table is a great spot to get some work done with views of the ocean.

Beach essentials are provided, so you pack your suit and sunscreen. You won't want to leave once you get here.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit
