This three bedroom and three bath tri-level town home can sleep 8, with short walk to the nearest beach access. Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, guests can enjoy swimming at the outdoor Fairway Dunes community pool (open April-end of September) or play tennis or pickleball on the Fairway Dunes community courts (please bring your own equipment).

NEW for 2025: All bedrooms and stairs have brand new LVP flooring (no more carpet) and primary bedroom now has a King bed.

Flat-screen Smart Roku televisions are provided in the living room, twin bedroom, and primary bedroom for streaming (please plan to log into your own streaming accounts, as there are no wired cable stations)
Have a couple of visitors? Not a problem! The living room sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa.

Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes Community seasonal pool and tennis/pickleball courts, however are not permitted in Resort Pools.
