Keep it simple at this cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Just a short stroll to the beach, this apartment is in the perfect location to get the best of what Traverse City has to offer. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance, including the Omelette Shoppe below the apartment.

Newly renovated 2nd floor apartment in Downtown Traverse City. This 2 bedroom apartment is equipped with a queen bed in each room, full size pullout sofa and 2 convertible chairs in the living room for extra sleeping space.

For added convenience, this unit includes wifi, a dishwasher, stove, full size stacked washer and dryer, walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, coffee maker, and more.

The unit includes one parking space in the public parking lot (Lot O) adjacent to the building. Additional metered parking is available on site or the Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E State St which is a 6 min walk from the building.

Traveling with a group or just looking for extra space? We have a second apartment next door that is a studio and can sleep up to 3.

What a wonderful birthday weekend. Heather was very quick to respond to my many questions and this apartment was beautiful and a great location. Super clean and well decorated. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Everything was spotless clean. Nice to have a designated and signed parking spot for use during the stay. Excellent location to walk anywhere downtown TC. Heather was very accommodating and quick to respond for questions.

Birthday weekend

The property was in such great shape, beds and pillows so comfortable, nice to be a block from front street, shopping and food! Make sure you are able to climb 22 steps to the apartment, I am 63 years old and would still come back!

Thanksgiving Weekend

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving weekend. Great location, great set up, all the amenities. They even had snacks on the table and waters in the fridge. Being that we came Thanksgiving evening and all the restaurants were closed, this was especially nice!

Great Location!

We stayed here only one night. The location is fabulous- easy to walk to everywhere. Very clean and tidy. We were really happy for the gathering space and games. Water and coffee were a real bonus. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks for being a great host.

Great spot for a mini vacation

Perfect spot and location to spend a getaway with our family. Always so many things to do in Traverse City. From winery’s to brewery’s we had a great time. My liver needs a little time to recover, though!

Great apartment

This was one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed in. It had extra towels and linens. The owner was very responsive. The location is great. We did not find noise from the restaurant below to be an issue. There is a big staircase to get upstairs to the apt so consider that if stairs are an issue. Great space for couples or friends.

Nice unit

The two bedroom, one bathroom condo is updated and in good, clean condition. They provideed some snacks and water, which was a nice touch. The location is directly above the Omelette Shoppe and is easily walkable to the downtown. It wasn’t an issue for us, but be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the unit. We were expecting morning noise from the Omelette Shoppe, but we really didn’t hear much only a faint sound of someone playing music. The assigned parking spot in the lot right next to the building was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

I stayed here with my 3 teenage sons and it was such a fun experience! We could walk everywhere downtown and the apartment itself was so cute, very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Cannot wait to stay here again.
